Yeah Jesse Johnson at VandySports (brilliant guy) says this about the game: As far as Richmond goes, Duke may be improving and Cutcliffe is proving to be a good coach, but in my opinion, Richmond has one of the next stars coaches out there in Mike London. I was very impressed while watching him last year in the D1-AA playoffs and I think he'll have his team very prepared to take on Duke. Richmond returns 18 starters from last year's team including QB Eric Ward who some may remember from a few years ago. Richmond is probably by far, the favorite to win the D1-AA championship again this year with 7 players receiving All-American honors. Regardless, Duke should win that game. We beat the shit out of Richmond back two years ago, put up 41 on them in the opener and then got held to 10 by Bama the next week.
Richmond beat Duke a couple years ago. Shut them out at Duke as a matter of fact. One of my best friends played QB at Richmond then.
