Want more stat tracking for coaches. I should be able to see that the HC at Bama in year 2040 was the OC at Auburn in year 2029. Also, records, conference championship, I know they do an aggregate if you look, but come on.
I was hoping if I gave it some time overnight it might show up. No such luck. I guess I’m playing this game again…
I have a guy that shows up in 5wr trips in the slot that I cannot get rid of or move out of that particular spot in the alignment. No matter if I do package changes, move him on the depth chart, whatever, he is still fucking in the one spot I don't want him. 89 speed is not getting it done there but for some reason, the computer thinks he's great there. This game desperately needs formation subs.
What are the best formations/plays to get a running game going. My team is over matched (82ovr B12) and I can’t get anything going out of the shotgun. Feel like there has to be some solid single back formation plays I should know about.
Inside zone out of double wide stacks is consistently 5-10 ypc for me when 5 are in box because CB and safeties too far away with the wide stacks. Audible to a pass play if they have more than 5 in box. It's a numbers game thing. Sometimes an outside hand-off will work if you shift the blocking towards the way you are running
Easier on a computer but can see every play here. Search feature makes it easy and if you click on the play it will tell you whose playbook it is in. https://cfb.fan/25/playbooks/all-plays/
SMDH. Power I, get behind those fullback, pull the guard, and blast that hole. Doc Thom is setting RPM records in the grave right now.
When looking at the depth chart and you see the increases to ratings. Is that from my coaching abilities? Think it’s the tactician one.
I have a little window in my dynasty with four underclassmen 89+ WRs (including a former top 3 recruit route runner WR that is the first route runner I’ve ever played) and a 92 RS Sophomore QB. Going to go for all the passing records. Switched my playbook to Air Raid and going hurry up. Anybody have an air raid playbook they love?
yes. cumulative impact from your HC, OC, and DC so on my depth chart as an example; my QB is a 90 overall but playing like a 95 due to a 5 pt boost from my coaches I only update the base at the beginning of the season. if the kid consistently plays well, their base will go up permanently in season. this is important because at bowl time, your coaching boosts zero out. but some players still progressed throughout the season so they could be 1 or 2 overall points higher even without the boost from coaching
Ryan Williams might go on to be one of the GOATs but giving him that rating for what was essentially one great performance against Georgia who hasn’t been a dominant road team is a tad much. And Milroe getting a one point increase is definitely a bit much. And I’m mad about my teams punter not being rated high enough. Hes our most dynamic weapon on offense.
So for the bowl game/CFP games your players lose all coach related boosts? That doesn’t make much sense (that’s to EA not you).
it is a little weird; only thing I can figure is this is EA's way of "cooling off" hot teams. we see it in real CFB, teams aren't always the same after an extended layoff. but, this is where the actual progression throughout season is a nice touch. your 89 RB (rating at beginning of the year) might have played the back half of the schedule like a 95 and while he won't be that for the bowl, there is a decent chance his stock rating is now 91 or 92. so you get some of the boost, just not all of it I'll check a couple of my key players here shortly when I finish work. I'm in the title game for 2030; so I'll see the true progression of some of them from start of year to bowl season. fairly certain my QB is a 92 overall now after starting the season as a 90. btw, you can always see your true rating on the player card to the right of the roster info. example in the image below; my RB is playing like a 99 but to the right you can see his actual rating is a 97. Kumerow started 2029 at a 95 overall rating so he progressed 2 points overall
yes, my QB is a legit 92 but, oddly, while my overall/offense/defense has gone from straight 96s at the end of the regular season to straight 94s in the playoffs, a lot of my players still have boosts to their ratings. I'll have to check next season and see if this is due to dominating the qtrs/semis, but I swear in the past the green arrow ups went away and guys returned to their stock ratings
with OSU, I rarely lost coordinators. with Kennesaw I lose them almost every year lol that would definitely make sense though, I'll have to look for that in future seasons. this is a rare on for Kennesaw, neither coordinator is leaving. I had lost my DC in 3 of the last 4 years
starting 2030 tonight. a look at other programs in my dynasty here is current for 2030 here are the top programs 2024-29 here are all teams to make the CFP and their CFP records a breakdown of how seeds have done vs each other in the playoffs and my 2030 Roster
Came home to let the dog out and play a game around 2 and they were down. Just got back from a work happy hour and they’re still down.
Kennesaw State seems to have figured things out after finally getting their first FBS win on Wednesday.
all about tapping into that Metro Atlanta talent and loading up the trenches with bug eaters from South Georgia
Think my Texas St team is too good and need to restart my dynasty again. Just beat Mississippi St on Heisman with 5 min quarters and no changes to sliders 91-21. My starting QB was 14-16 for 348 yds with 6 td. Starting RB had 277 yards on 22 carries for 4 td, backup rb another 65 yds on only 5 carries. Defense had 6 sacks and 3 picks
lol. In a blowout I messed around to see if option pitches got fixed, ran 6 or 7 no problem. Next game 1 possession in the 4th decide to run one…..pitches it 3 miles the wrong direction. Hello 2nd and 51.
I had one where my QB had the ball apparently stick to his hand and he just ran around like an idiot trying to get it unstuck.
Sources: Ohio State to name Chuck Blunt their next Head Coach Following a disastrous 2030 that featured 7 losses and no bowl, Ohio State has their man Bill Kurelic 2 mins VIP Multiple sources inform Bucknuts247 that Ohio State has indeed secured the services of Chuck Blunt to be their next head coach. Blunt's agent provided only one short comment when contacted for confirmation: "Chuck is focused on delivering another championship to the amazing fanbase and university in Kennesaw. Once he completes the task at hand, he will be happy to address his future endeavors." Ohio State, coming off a forgettable 5-7 campaign in 2030 and just 28-23 over the last 4 seasons, moved on from head coach Brian Burnside following an up and down 7 seasons in Columbus. Burnside found early success with CFP appearances in 2024 and 2026, and even reached the Semifinals in 2026 before succumbing to the suffocating juggernaut that is a Chuck Blunt coached team. Blunt, age 50, is completing his 7th season at Kennesaw State where he has compiled an absurd 109-0 record with 7 conference titles and 6 national titles*. The Owls, who moved up to FBS in Blunt's inaugural season, have become the class of college football under Blunt's stewardship. A relentless recruiter (5 consecutive top 5 classes) and aggressive decision maker on gamedays should bring an immediate attitude change to the Ohio State program. Blunt has built a resume off of a defensive scheme that puts QBs under constant havoc allowing his athletes in the back end to feast on ill advised decisions and an extremely balanced offense that is content grinding an opponent to dust or slinging it all over the yard based on what the opposition shows. Under Blunt, Kennesaw has become a football factory producing 17 All Americans, 36 All Conference nominations, and 44 award winners including each of the last 7 Heismans. The record books are littered with Owl names like John Kumerow, Louis Fair, Donovan Westmorleand, and Fredrick Flannigan all achieving college football immortality under the guidance of Blunt. While it is uncertain how much of his staff Blunt will bring with him to the Buckeyes, fans should not be concerned as Blunt has shown no let up despite routine turnover at his top lieutenants; 4 OCs and 3 DCs in 7 seasons with 3 different OCs winning the Broyles while 2 DCs won the award as well. It is Blunt's acquisition of talent and tactical approaches on gameday that fuel his success. One should not expect that to change as he embraces a new challenge. Blunt will stay on with Kennesaw through the completion of their 2030 season as he looks to join Nick Saban with 7 national championships. They are currently awaiting their Quarterfinal opponent (winner of Oklahoma vs Oregon) as the Owls locked up the #1 seed with an ACC Championship thrashing of previous #1 NC State. Blunt, a two time grad of Ohio State, is married to wife Lindsey and they have two children; Jay and Kay. Stay tuned to Bucknuts247 for more updates in this exciting time. We have you covered on all staff moves as well as the ever important recruiting scoops as Blunt looks to return the Buckeyes to their place amongst the best in the sport.
I bought this on primeday https://a.co/d/hjl1i4g You go into the settings on Xbox and make sure remote play is enabled, then it's as easy as logging into the app on your phone and signing into remote play. I have a z fold so it's a good sized phone screen to play on I actually like the remote play a little better because my games have been closer. Blow teams out on the big screen
I have remote play enabled on my xbox and I have the xbox app on my laptop is through the phone the only way to play? or can you use the xbox app on PC?
