And got destroyed for it once it came out. I don't think Patricia would have ever worked as the coach here, but I don't think he or the organization ever recovered from that coming out after the hire. Bieniemy's stuff is different, although there still seems to be a bunch of mystery around some of the allegations related to what happened when he was on the staff there (at least from what I've seen).
Pretty sure he interviewed with Detroit, Atlanta and LA. I think he interviewed with Houston earlier this week. I thought the same with Philly. Not sure on NYJ or Jacksonville. Since KC had a bye, he could talk via Zoom with any team that first week that put in a request to interview. I think Philly and Houston ran into issues there because of the timing of their request since Philly waited a week to fire Pederson, and Houston didn't put in a request until around the same time. Originally, I think that meant the rules said they couldn't interview him until after the Chiefs' season ended. I believe the league decided to allow both teams to talk to him over Zoom early this week, though, probably because the Chiefs are trying to help him get a job and the league is hoping like crazy someone hires him to avoid the PR hit.
Read earlier today there was speculation he wasn’t interested in interviewing. Not sure if that’s due to how Peterson got got.
