Got the Blade of Woe up to 77 and the Nightingale Blade to 65 And they both absorb health and I just constantly recharge them with Azura's Star or a soul gem so I'm basically a god
I've only had faendal so far, though i lost him yesterday. I guess followers don't fast travel? i was using him to do the easy archery build up that was mentioned. gotta find that bitch. I always screw up combat up in these types of games b/c I accidentally click LS during fights. Hate that.
so I did that investigate the murders quest in Markarth Spoiler at the end the guards try to pin the murder on me and I told them to fuck off. They all attacked me, I killed a couple, and now I have a huge bounty there and can't go back :curses:

How powerful is the werewolf attack? I can't get past a boss and am thinking going werewolf may put me over the top.
yield(sheath your weapon) when they attack. they should accept and take you to jail. bounties never die down in these games, they're permanent until taken care of in one form or another.
I cant find a flawless ruby anywhere....anyone know where they are sold? Also, are silver and gold ingots needed for anything except to sell?
silver and gold can be used to make necklaces and rings, which you can sell or enchant with something you need. not sure where to find a flawless ruby, I've found a couple as random loot in chests
Another question, I'm just sitting on a shit load of gems from random treasure chests and drops. Do you guys sell them or keep them and turn them into jewelry? I literally have ~50+ gems in my inventory.
I just hoard magical gear and either disenchant in a dungeon(most tend to have a table) or back in town. I've also bought some with rarer enchantments. be aware that novice robes of conjuration and expert robes of conjuration both contain the same enchantment so no need to buy more expensive stuff if you don't have to do so. once you get a decent level the blacksmiths in every town start carrying quite a bit of magical weapons and armor and lot of those will be cheaper pieces of leather or iron.
Use all of your gold and silver ingots to make jewelry. It makes them worth like 5 times as much. Plus it increases your smithing.
Reached Level 50 and 100k last night Used it once and haven't touched it since, shit is useless. You do get 100% Disease Immunity for being a werewolf though so I guess that's cool. And its not like vampires that have so many cons so might as well just be a werewolf
Buying Grand soul gems for making multiple rnchanted armor sets? I have a full fire resist, frost resist, magic resist, alchemy set, and smithing set. It's pretty fun IMO.
just realized you can name items created (at least when enchanting, haven't tried at forge) and mount things in your home (not including housejarls)
Got my archer up to 70, but bows are pretty weak. I am at level 20 and have yet to really try to grind, forge, smelt to improve shit. What is the best way to make my bow and arrows better? What items do I need? Need to level up those blacksmith skills quick.. What say you experts?
make a fuck load of leather bracers to level up quickly and buy all the perks to smithing. if you have money you can just buy a shit load of leather from the blacksmiths so you dont have to find it yourself
Upper level equipment + full set if enchanted increased smithing gear worn while upgrading = raaaaaaape gear.
Get petty soul gems, go out to the wild, cast soul trap and kill shit, buy iron ingots, make iron daggers, enchant said daggers, increases the value significantly, sell dagger, rinse and repeat. You'll level up conjuration, whatever you use to kill the beasties, enchantment, smithing, and speech by selling shit, and you'll make a lot of money. Or you could just buy leather or iron ingots and make leather bracers or iron daggers and sell them if you just want to increase smithing.
If you can enchant Banish, iron daggers can make you rich fast. It gives you a ton of money more than any other enchantment I've found.
