I was at a kids birthday party and one of the dads who I’ve gotten to know well enough to chat with but not know their politics was there. Somehow Elon comes up and I just assume everyone is on the same page and I say he’s a fucking idiot and other dad disagrees…says no matter what he did the right thing because he exposed the lefts abuse of Twitter who was “spying” on the other side. So yeah, they’re going to say he was a martyr and lost all this money for the good of humanity.
Someone here said the some tweets from people you follow were only showing up the for you tab. I know I was not seeing everything pasted by people I follow, although I have no idea if there were moved or just not showing up. Regardless, I’m with you. It is a noticeable drop in activity on Twitter for me in the last few days or so.
yes these days I only get about half the tweets I should in my 'following' list. lot of posts only show up in the 'for you' one or if I look direclty at someones profile

Fwiw our public transportation in Vegas really sucks. But vegas is like the perfect picture of urban sprawl so efficient public transportation isn’t exacty something they can build over night. Making the bus system better would improve the quality of life for countless casino employees. And also having single lane tunnels for cars to drive in under ground seems like the dumbest and most inefficient solution imaginable. Like something a 5th grader would come up with.

It was originally supposed to be a hyperloop underground speed train and of course he wayyyyyyy overestimated how feasible it was to construct something like that. Another thing I read is that this kind of car shit is also getting funding to help continue to show we don't need actual mass transit.

Replacing the underground train with an underground automobile is the most mayonnaise white american concept imaginable.
