At least when I was in school whenever KState or Nebraska came to town that’s what it would look like, but otherwise the football atmosphere was terrible in Lawrence so it always looked cleaned and tidy.
they used to hand out trash bags when you drove in but apparently don’t anymore, someone on KSO said it was totally clean Sunday morning (like always)
