Does Heysel strike a cord when your fanbase caused it and got all English clubs suspended from Europe because of your fucked up hooligans?
Lol the whole thing started with your actual footy team making fun of hillsborough and a fan who got stabbed last year and just got out of a coma. Responses on here have been pathetic. God forbid someone got pushed into a fountain in Barcelona.
If you want to care about the history of the team you care for then you gotta take the good with the bad
I don't know anyone that died in 9/11 but I still feel sorry for the people who lost loved ones that day and realize it was a tragedy. Liverpool, the city and the football club are a very socialist endeavor. That's what makes being a Liverpool supporter so much fun. It creates a special brotherhood. The bigger issue that VoodooChild5 lacks understanding is where the "victim mentality" comes from. It's not just an attack on the Liverpool supporters who died that day. It's an attack on the citizens of Liverpool who suffered under the conservative policies of the Margaret Thatcher government. That and the "sign on" chant are cheeky to Americans who don't understand the context, but I don't think anyone here truly finds it funny to mock the impoverished who were victims of economic policies they didn't control. Maybe I'm wrong and VoodooChild5 is a trumptard so he would enjoy making fun of someone's plight.
Just because you changed your name doesn’t mean that we’ve all forgotten how you are. No one is going to waste their time arguing with you.
I've never made it hard to figure out who I am. I don't care if you argue with me because it's quite obvious you have no idea what you're talking about. And you're obviously unable to admit when you're wrong.
Time for full anarchy in this thread Wish we could make fun of United some more in this, richest club in the world and get fucking 6th in a league with a champion and the other 4 teams in European finals and paying Alexis Sanchez 500k a week
This is when following a foreign sport becomes weird. When you're reduced to essentially arguing racist material because your random team you follow is going to play another random team in a champions league final. You might be taking it a little too seriously.
Obviously. How am I acting like we are? Neutral fan points out your fan base always acts like victims (btw, you’re not doing much to disprove that stereotype itt) and you take it as a sign of a rivalry?
You can't separate the two. It would be like arguing, "This black face doesn't refer to the racist black face"
We need to prove to you why Liverpool fans aren’t victims from hillsborough? That’s where I feel sorry for you.
You’re the ones making this about Hillsborough! Not United fans when they originally sang the song about Suarez. Not City fans when the picked up the song from United. Liverpool fans are the only ones who see this as being about Hillsborough. It’s not about Hillsborough, though. So stop playing the victim and pretending that it is.
It’s sad that twitter can make so many of you to feel the way you do. Calling Liverpool victims isn’t something that an American spurs fan would say. There are plenty of slurs about all of the teams on here I don’t say or use. But I guess that’s just me.
It honestly blows my mind how someone can make up a fact and convince themselves of it so easily. It's genuinely scary.
Clearly a guy who has been following the premier league for a couple seasons has a much better understanding of the situation than SAF and Man United.
Literally have nothing against spurs. Love your coach, like most of your players, you do things the right way and are good for the league. Your clear misplaced hate makes no sense.
A few Heysel/Hillsborough jokes to be edgy can be funny. Seriously trying to defend those insults like VoodooChild5 is embarrassing.
I guess at least you're willing to own your ignorance. That's a little bit better than the people who walked into a voting booth and voted for Trump even though they wouldn't admit it.
