Not saying we're gonna do it, but the average number of points for the EPL winner is in the 80s. City's run was incredible and they will likely not go unbeaten until January again
I think with Keita and Fabinho, you could get away with putting Fekir in an attacking 4-3-3, with an out and out AM and two holding mids. Fekir plays his best in that front three and I don't see him supplanting anyone in that MFS trio. Just think he would be wasted in an RCM/LCM role. Also, I'm just jealous because he is an awesome player.
I see him at a starter at CM but very attacking with Keïta b2b and Fabinho a DM and if/when injury strikes or guys need rest playing any of the 3 spots up top
Rumors are that Raz wants bumped up to 250k£ wages so he might be sold next Summer if they don’t figure something out. Can’t imagine anyone else is going to be willing to pay that
Spurs are spending it all on that new stadium. Arsenal of 10 years ago with a better plan to pay it off (NFL games).
Guys, relax. We’ll do our best to keep them in check. Just remember they play Portugal twice this season.
Not that it changes much but I don’t know why they put Otamendi on bench for Kompany/Stones when he was our best CB and pretty much auto starter except to show more red. I also expect Mahrez to be top choice
And have they paid attention to Spurs formation even? Haven't played 3 atb since early last season. But more red looks significant. And no Aurier. And with no incoming transfers, the players know their role and have enough chemistry. The only new feeling will be yet another new stadium to get used to.
Waiting for the window to close. Imagine most will come the week between Community Shield and Matchday 1
Like a trophy, like a new signing; now you just need to talk about handbrakes and players you've nearly signed and have gone full Wenger
