Yeah I mean we have years of proof that the quality during the December death march is horrid. They actually modified the schedule so teams have some time off last season so they acknowledged it was a problem. They really are one of the dumbest fucking organizations in the world.

Tammy there’s at least a statistical argument (15/3 vs 9/4) but I think anyone who regularly watched Chelsea would say there’s no question who was better. Saka there’s not really a statistical argument to be made. Either way it’s Trent easily so it won’t matter much

He suggested 2nd full season should be last time eligible; that seems fine to me if you say 2nd in the Prem with an age restriction would also be necessary as that keeps older guys new to Prem from being eligible while not ruling out young guys who are stepping up from a season or 2 in lower leagues

If you’d like to argue why 1 key pass per 90 is better than 1.2 or why 1G 5A is better than 9G 4A, I’m willing to listen to it I don’t have the breakdown on they key passes per 90 while at LB but only 2 of the assists in league came there. Let’s be real, they’re typically not looking at defensive statistics when handing these things out As far as I know, they are just looking at who the “best young player” is, not grading on a curve if someone is younger I watch a ton of Arsenal. I’d say I’m incredibly Arsenal friendly and think most would agree with that. This isn’t some slight on Saka
