Why can’t the premier league have a dedicated offside VAR ref? City and Chelsea just spent £200m before wages on 2 players but the league can’t add an extra referee focused on offside?


Also this shirt sleeve nonsense needs to change from a rule standpoint. If you control the ball with your bicep and score, the goal is ruled out for handball. How is that part of your shirt considered onside? I think that causes issues as well.
