What a coup that trade was for them, to be able to replace Laremy Tunsil with him, and get an extra 1 and a 2 to boot.
Pederson is a tough one to figure out. Most people in Philly are fed up with him but I am not sure how much of their current problems you can put on him. I absolutely applaud his commitment to tank yesterday. As someone else said Wilson is way way more mobile. Lawrence is the clear #1 but I think you are really in the tossup area between Fields and Wilson.
Too many coaches continually get recycled in the NFL, but hiring someone without major coaching experience in the NFL seems risky as shit unless you have some amazing QB like Murray.
Has been for a long time. The guy has been consistently terrible yet continues to gather more power within the organization.
He's also the chair of the Competition Committee so any terrible rule the NFL implements is 100% his fault as well.
Definitely Sewell. I think Fields and Lawrence are no brainers to draft ASAP. But I am less certain about Wilson. 4th pick is tricky because I think it's going to be Lawrence-Fields-Sewell 123
QB guys that protect the qb guys that pressure the qb give me Sewell unless there's some generational pass rusher available
It always feels like we’re always picking one or two spots where the draft picks stop being no-brainers. Whether it’s in the teens, late 10s or even at 4. Maybe it just feels like that because we have no faith in our front office.
https://www.google.com/amp/s/thefal...cons-nfl-head-coach-cbs-sports-matt-ryan/amp/ Hey look guys we’re #1
eh I'm not sure how the Jets or Lions openings would be more appealing than ours, but Ryan's contract and the cap situation would definitely give me pause
I disagree with that article I agree with you on the lions. That’s 100% a worse gig and I don’t really see much argument otherwise. The jets is more arguable I’d think. Less talent, but like $60M under cap vs $30M over or whatever we are. More room to work
Fontenot is a yes for me. Hackett seems like someone we should go with if we wiff on several people. Welcome to Atlanta Coach Hackett.
Goddam, that schedule is about as weak as it gets in the NFL. Going by draft order, we play: 2, 3, 6, 7, 8 (twice), 10, 11, 12, 15 and the 7-9 19th. Unless I overlooked one, there are only 3 teams that didn't have losing records this year.
Pederson is interesting. I live in Philly, their GM is much more the issue than Pederson and most fans feel the same. With that said, I still don't really know how good he is.
