    Ray Romano's brother? Kansas City guy looking to expand their business north. When the Gerhardt family was going over their finances and whatnot early in the episode they talked about an outfit from down south being the reason for being a little light. That's them.

    Nice nod to O Brother Where Art Thou? with the song. Apparently there were multiple nods to Coen Bros. movies throughout the episode but that was probably the most obvious one.

    Glad I watched that movie for the first time a month or so ago.

    Great show. Random thing I noticed...the "Mike Zoss Pharmacy" across from the butcher shop. That was the name of the pharmacy in No Country for Old Men.
