Fifa 10 Transfer Short List?

    has anybody figured out exactly what the purpose is of the short list, and how to put players on it?

    short list.....its to scout and keep tabs on players you are interested in.

    how do I scout someone. And by that I mean keep tabs on someone. I know how to send the scout, but don't know how to keep tabs on potential guys.
