What CBs do you have? Right now rotating Toprak, Sule and Brooks (I like having a left footed LCB when possible). Want to eventually upgrade but don't know which of Sokratis/Hummels/Boateng I'd target. IF Kimmich is probably next target, then maybe CM and then save for Alaba. During that time there will probably be an IF that joins my list. Liking Kruse at CF in a false 9. Used Müller that way last year and loved it so may upgrade to him at some point
I've been using this Jetro Williams (and subbing in Guerreiro some). Would consider Guerreiro there at 7 chem until I get enough for Alaba.

New single player mode in UT. 4 matches per day (8 on weekends) where they select squads from others that everyone plays against. Earn points for winning, goals scores, skill and a multiplier for what level you play on. It's been a lot of fun this week. End of the week they give out rewards for how well you do. 1st place in the world gets 100,000 coins, 2 rare mega packs (30 items/consumables/players 26 gold, 4 silver, all rare), and 2 ultimate packs (30 rare gold players) Goes all the way to the bottom where the worst people get 2 premium loan players
Chile is in Elite 3 (top 9% worldwide) and fighting to get into Elite 2 (top 4%) I'm barely in Elite 3 and might drop to Gold 1 (top 15%) Pretty nice rewards for that too. Elite 3 gives 20,800 coins, 1 jumbo premium gold pack, 1 rare gold pack and 1 premium players pack
Weekly is when they give out rewards but opponents update daily at 8PM ET so you play daily and get rewards weekly
I bought IF Kimmich and OTW Bruma. Needed to win last 4 in world class to crack elite 2. Won the first 3 and realized I needed to win last on legendary to make it. Last squad was toughest with MSN up top so I brought in my Ronaldo (Brazil) icon for his debut and started him alongside Aubameyang. Won the match 3-2 but rankings updated and I was 100 pts shy of Elite 2.
Maybe it should because my team isn't very good yet.... but the squad challenge is so hard. I made it to elite 3. Anyone know what day those rewards come?
Supposedly they're almost immediately after it closes which is in 1 minute. Found reports of people getting the incorrect rewards last week though

I got mine plus the packs for the icon edition. All I got was Tah, Wanyama, and Gameiro. Gameiro's card looks pretty damn good though.

Nice! I just sold Di Maria and Matuidi for a nice profit so I'm going after Vidal to complete my dream midfield pairing of Vidal at CDM and IF Aranguiz at CAM.

I did a couple silver ones to dump free silver players and get common golds then used the golds to get 2 rare gold but didn't get anything noteworthy

Do squad battles! It's a new game mode where you play 4 matches a day (opponents refresh every 24 hrs) for a week and at the end you get great rewards based on how many points you have. You earn points for completing games, winning, scoring and what difficulty you play on. Also look out for the squad building challenges. Some are really easy and and a quick way to get easy rewards, same with the starter, daily and weekly objectives. For the squads themselves, FUT relies on chemistry so try to achieve as much chemistry as possible by linking players from same league or country or both. Most of us are using a Bundesliga squad because the better players are not as expensive as PL or La Liga. As far as tips for your squad, Volland is an awesome ST for cheap. Bruma is great on the wing. I would highly recommend TOTW Aranguiz if you can afford him and stick him at CAM or CM (his in-game rating is like 92 if you put an Artist chemistry style on him). Sule is a great defender for cheap.
I played a ridiculous amount of '16 Co-op seasons, didn't like '17 so didn't play but am liking '18 again . jkun is gamertag. Would like to get in on some pro club action.
I also picked up Sule and Yarmolenko last night. Both very nice. Will save up some coin for TOTW Aranguiz thanks
