Latest flash has no team rating requirement, can exchange 11 bronzes for a Premium Gold pack. These have been very helpful for clearing out useless cards.
The previous one, for the Prime Gold Players Pack, was a nightmare, all of the useful gold players spiked up to 4-8k each and the SBC only lasted for half an hour I think, so it was ridiculous. Calling it quits for the day to head to work, good luck.
I use what I can but I don't save any players I get from rewards (SBC or Squad Battle) unless they are below 500 coins for non-rare gold/750 coins for rare-gold, or they are in a league SBC that I haven't done yet. Everything else gets listed so I only have... 60 gold players altogether in my club, 20 of which are in my squad.
I’ve been able to either use those guys you’re selling in SBCs or sell them for a little bit more when they can be used in one. If you need the coins immediately I get that but if not, I feel like you’re throwing away value
Yeah I was able to do almost all of them with club players. I probably bought 3-4 players because I’d find I needed some really specific requirement to complete. All in all I probably did 5 of them and spent less than 5k. Didn’t pack shit but it was a good opportunity to clear out the club. Smart of them to release so many SBCs to prevent a market saturation
Got lucky during the SBCs over the weekend. Packed untradeable IF Mustafi in an EPL Premium upgrade so was able to fit him into my Bundesliga squad. Was sitting on a good amount of coin then pulled Kante from a regular gold pack and Iniesta in a pack so was able to buy IF Vidal. Sitting on good coins now again after selling Verratti and IF Ginter in hopes of him getting a 2nd IF to rotate with Hummels, IF Mustafi and Sokratis. The passing with Ginter/Hummels/Mustafi is fantastic.
I’m all about buying cheap IF players and using them or selling when their price rises. Locadia and Elyounoussi are fantastic. Ended up building a Dutch/Eredivisie/Ligue 1 squad just to use Locadia and US Depay more often (plus IF Marcal was relatively cheap and looked nice)
That's a nice looking squad. Really liking Goretzka at CDM. Bought Robben and currently playing with a 15 loan Reus at LM. Probably going to go with Brandt after that runs out because Reus hasn't been all that impressive. After that, I'm looking at Vidal and I think my squad will be about where I want it. Aubameyang has completely changed my team, he's a goal scoring machine. Will probably start working on a LaLiga squad after I grab Vidal.
I actually have been doing Vidal at DM but for Mustafi chem have Goretzka listed there and swap Vidal/Goretzka in game. When Sokratis/Hummels in lineup I’ll have Vidal at DM
Scottish prem SBC is a pain in the ass. I've got plenty of Scottish players but they're all on defense and rated 50-65. Scottish prem players are going to astronomical amounts right now.
Listed most the guys I have. Not selling too crazy though. A few around 1500-2000 One for 1000 A few for 500-1000 I used a few to do it though
I just solved it by buying a scottish LB from Liverpool and had to use an 81 rated player to make up for all the shit scottish players I used. Back on bad pack luck though, didn't pack anything from any of the SBCs worth over 4k
This team is absolutely wrecking shit. Adding Aubameyang (and Robben) to the squad made it infinitely better. I went from barely eking out wins on Professional to regularly winning 4 or 5 nil and now regularly playing on Legendary.
Yeah I’ve gone up to pretty much only playing on Legendary Tried Ultimate on one and only lost 2-1. Think it actually went to ET also
You all seem to favor Bundes squads. I am certain that PL is inflated since it's the most "popular," you're finding better deals I guess?
Yeah it’s just cheaper to make a team. EPL is most. Can also do LaLiga/Serie A/Ligue 1 cheaper. LaLiga is frustrating because you know off the bat that you can’t afford the 2 best players. Lewandowski, PEA, Neuer and Boateng are expensive but still attainable. Without spending a ton of real cash or gettin extremely lucky you aren’t getting Messi or Ronaldo
Yeah a PL squad would be nice but you can probably make two teams from the leagues SugarShaun mentioned above for the price of one EPL squad. Instead most end up making the same PL META team as everyone else with Jesus, Bakayoko, Sterling, etc.
That is above all else what I was avoiding. I stuck with PL because it's what I'm watching 95% of the time. Do you guys watch Bundesliga more as a result of playing mostly with those players?
Not really but I definitely feel like its a good way to learn about the league. That was part of my reason for picking Bundes - that and it's the big 5 league with the most Americans.
Actually yes. Not Bayern, but if there is a more FUT compelling BL match in the 9:00 am cst window and Liverpool isn’t on I’ll watch BL instead.
Just packed a walkout Buffon from the "Play 30" objective. Was very pumped then realized... untradeable. Guess he's useful for a high rated SBC at least, but I don't really do the Icon SBCs as I don't think they're worth it. Maybe Serie A is my next squad. I
I watch plenty of Bundesliga anyway so don’t necessarily find myself watching more but I’m paying closer attention to what is happening in the matches I’m not watching to see if anyone is potential TOTW

Made a poor man's version of this squad. Sold off IF Eriksen to supplement, still have 450k left so I don't feel broke. The false 9 is new to me but I found some player instructions that are nice and I've had good chances to take advantage of threaded through balls to the cut-inside wingers. My top scorer through two or three games weirdly is IF Aranguiz, where you have Vidal. Seems to always make that last run into the box to lay it off to him. Thanks for the advice, dudes.
I actually swap Goretzka and VIdal but I rotate IF Goretzka, IF Tolisso and IF Aranguiz in the CM spots and I know that Chile, Roonskie and I have used Aranguiz since the start. Love him. The CMs will score a ton for you in this formation. CF, CMs then Wingers is probably order of my top scoring
Ligue 1 and Dawry Jameel SBCs posted. Made a lot of coin on Dawry Jameel bronze and silvers and some Ligue 1 non rare gold and silvers. If you’ve been hoarding players like I have, sell. Made about 60k so far between last night and this morning
I'm just on the fence with what philosophy I want to take here. I enjoy saving those players in order to complete the SBC's, but since there is no expiry, they will become less expensive over time. Sell now, buy cheaper later to complete? But then the potential players that I get from the SBC reward packs will also be cheaper in time...
I don’t have any intention of ever completing the SBCs in full and I was going to have to buy guys to do any of them. Closest I had to completing was Lyon and think that was a jumbo premium gold pack so easy decision for me They also had Bronze player packs, limit of 5, for 1250. I bought all 5 and made back over 7k off 5-6 guys (from these league SBCs) and still have all the rest of the guys.
I’ve also already spent all my earnings to try different Bundesliga guys to see if anyone jumps out for me. IF Raffael, PTG Coman, Reus, Hummels, SIF Ginter have all been recent purchases Passing from the CBs with Hummels, SIF Ginter and Mustafi has been awesome
MLS POTY card looks very OP. Trying to see if I can come up with a decent squad that uses POTY Valeri - IF Martinez - IF Allesandrini without sticking to the (mainly) shit MLS options

That’s better than I did but don’t like the guys on low chem. Switch Wenger to MLS and this gets everyone but Valeri on 10 (with LM/RM -> LW/RW cards for Asad/Alessendrini), he’d be 8 which still makes him 90 with basic or engine (to boost the speed) or 91 with Artist. Not concerned with boosting his shooting since it’s so good.
If you have Ipswich or Middlesbrough players they sell instantly for anything 8k and under, maybe higher

Just bought all 5 of those bronze players promo packs and made all of it back just by packing one Ipswitch bronze. Shocking to me that people are willing to pay that much to complete an SBC.
Did the same hoping for one that I didn’t get. If the prize were better I could understand but I guess a premium gold player pack is still more expensive than buying 2 Ipswich/Middlesbrough players if that’s all you have to buy
