There’s a perfectly on brand post that I’m too lazy to find where racist asshole Moxin calls Whitlock something like “the only good black sports writer.”
You almost have to feel bad for the guy. He kinda pioneered the genre and was the main guy for years and the second it became insanely profitable he's hardly even relevant anymore.
Fuck him. He literally lives to try and shit on athletes of his own color doing positive shit. Every time Lebron breathes Whitlock tries to shit on him.
I don't think anyone should actually feel bad for him, but it's pretty funny. Damn, didn't think my "gotta feel bad for him" would be taken as serious.
that racist pos teaches black children if there is any justice in the world he’s dead in a ditch somewhere
iirc he moved on to being an athletic director at some place with white helicopter parents i remember him complaining about the lacrosse people specifically
LeBron towing the company line and refusing to be publicly critical of China for what’s happening in Hong Kong might be the one time Whitlock found him to be agreeable.
Well take comfort in knowing that probably wasn't his actual opinion and lives to be an an antagonist.
I’m sure he was already well versed in the kind of living hell that government could have made his life had he not succumbed. He would have only made the situation worse for people in Hong Kong. Anything less than military action or worldwide economic sanctions against China would make them think twice about what they’re doing. Either of those ever happening is too scary a prospect to even entertain.
“They don’t truly believe in what they write and say; they say it because they hope to get rich from those who want to hear it.” Great quote. This applies to so many people on Twitter and social media, and Clay is in that group.
I feel like in most cases that's letting them off too easy. I think they believe that shit more often than not.
“Master, I mean, Mister Trump, why do you think black people don’t appreciate all that you’ve done for them?”
I really thought Clay and Whitlock were being honest when they said they wanted politics out of sports media. I feel so foolish.
Never forget, Lavar Ball let us know how to deal with Whitlock ages ago. Nothing more should be said.
