Turnover margin will probably regress as well. I'd set it at probably 9 realistically
So better players are taking over? Hevessy being such a good coach, prob so
I wonder if Mullen is actually going to consider/be considered for NFL openings or if Sexton will just turn this into a nice salary bump for Mullen.
Sorta. These were the last of the muschamp recruits. Decently ranked out of highschool but were poorly coached by the sharkfucker et al. Easier to turn those around. Now our upper classmen are going to be from the dark years. A bit darker actually because the fish rapist not only didn't get a lot of quality, he missed on oline quantity as well.
Based on this year I'd say the over/under is probably 9 if Miami/fsu continue their current trajectories.
Which Kelly? Chip failed and Brian would fail even harder.
It’s Brian. Rumors have the bucs interested.
I think 9 would be the O/U but I don’t think the turnover margin should regress terribly.
Franks was remarkably safe with the ball, but Mullen teaches that and it has been the keystone of his QBs. Even if Franks’s INTs spike, we could also stand to intercept more passes, and with a more experienced secondary(and Marco Wilson returning), that’s a possibility.
I think fumbles could actually be the bigger change. I expect our pass rush to take a hit with Polite gone, which will drop a few fumble opportunities, plus less experienced(except Perine) backs not only running the ball, but in pass protection of Franks, too. Combined with an inexperienced OL.
I could see the margin changing a bit, but like 6 of this year’s came from the UT game.
Is he adopted?

Report: UF set to hire new d-line coach
ByLUKE STAMPINI 44 minutes ago
247Sports' Steven Robertson is reporting that the Florida Gators are expected to hire David Turnerfrom University of Texas at San Antonio as their new defensive line coach. Turner coaches at MSU on two separate stints – 2007-09 and 2013-15.
Turner has extensive experience working in the Southeastern Conference. Prior to UTSA, he worked at Texas A&M from 2016-2017. There Turner was able to help mold defensive end Myles Garrett into the overall No. 1 selection in the 2017 NFL Draft. Sandwiched between his times at MSU, Turner spent 2010-2012 at Kentucky. Turner also has stops at Alabama and Vanderbilt on his resume.
Turner also has worked in the Big Ten Conference and the Atlantic Coast Conference with stops at Minnesota (2001) and Virginia (1997-2000). Turner is a native of Goldston, N.C. and he began his collegiate coaching career in 1986 as an assistant at his alma mater, Davidson College.
Florida had to fill the position after former defensive line coach Sal Sunseri took the outside linebackers job with the Alabama Crimson Tide. Sunseri spent one season at UF. Prior to his time in Gainesville he spent three seasons in the NFL as the Oakland Raiders’ linebacker coach. Sunseri also spent two years at Florida State (2013-2014) as the Seminoles’ defensive line coach, one year as Tennessee’s defensive coordinator (2012), three years as Alabama’s assistant head coach (2009-2011), and seven years as the Carolina Panthers’ defensive line coach (2002-2008).

You don't want to talk about the new DL coach?
Let’s talk about what beer if preferable for a Friday afternoon round of 9. Sunny and 68.
Thinking to grab a sixer of Lagunitas.
Degausser is our cunty beer guy. He can help you out.

Today I learned that Jesse Palmer is a boomer
We are all gubbs.
I'm not tech savvy and shit the bed anytime something says embed.
Don't embed. Choose the "copy link to tweet" option from Twitter, or the URL in the browser.
TMB does the embedding automatically.
NOW THIS IS WHAT I PAY FOR, GOOD JOB MODS.
Practice. Did this work?
Good job, Jesse. You TMB almost as well as you give smoldering eyes.

1) Losing Seider
2) Hiring English
3) West Coast Waste of Time/ Recruiting
4) Losing Steele
5) Settling for Turner
I’m a Mullen advocate and am confident he is the right guy long term however I am hoping he grows into this position and soon. He needs to blow out Manny and reclaim the State.
I’ll say this again, Mullen needed to be humbled off the field. Maybe this is a start. Stop trolling uga and get your program in order.
Thoughts on these rankings #Florida Gators ?
Looks spot on.
Who is Turner?
I don't mind recruiting CA occasionally. Steele is a nice player but like someone said on our board, you have to coddle players from far away for their first couple of semesters until they're comfortable. Unless they're super mature, the home sick is real.
Our DL coach.
I mean, Steele left because he was told he had to keep rooming with a rapist. “Don’t make me live with the rapist” seems like a reasonable request and not “coddling.”
FWIW, Jalon Jones hadn’t assaulted anyone when Steele asked to change dorms. He just didn’t like the guy. Let’s not act like Dan told him he had to keep living with a known sexual predator.
Good chance he was putting off rapist vibes.
The guy turned out to be a rapist. Maybe Steele had some insight into how shitty he was after living with him for a month and his complaints shouldn’t have been dismissed.
Lol this is revisionist history at its finest.
A lot of assuming in these posts.
You guys are making the assumption that living with a rapist is completely fine.
You guys can do whatever you want but I’m probably going to side with the guy that said “Jones sucks and I don’t want to live with him” over the people that said “suck it up” and live with the guy that it turns out is a rapist.
Steele was right. Jones sucks.
But they didn't say, "suck it up". They said, "wait until summer when rooms open up." If Steele had something about Jones being a creeper and possibly assaulting girls in their room, I imagine even our shitty staff might have stepped in.
