How do you inquire about a player? Also, is there anywhere to look at all of the "Tips & Tricks" that are displayed when you're loading/saving/continuing through the game? A lot of times they disappear just as soon as they come up, but I'd really like to read them.

I'm legitimately concerned about starting the summer and League 1 season. I could barely hang with the clubs that got relegated from it. The only reason I got promoted was because of a good striker and defender loan. Also, my club is incredibly bipolar. They always tell me they don't have the money to improve anything, but they've "injected" 780k in the last 2-3 months.
Injuries question: - when a player has a long term injury do you send him to the reserves and then let him get a couple of reserve starts before bringing him up to the first team again? what if its a short injury (2 -3 weeks?)
generally a guy who is injured will begin training towards the end there and then is usually at 65% or so and will be classified as needs match fitness so yeah i give them a match or two after they get back in training before calling them back up
For some reason, my scout requested to go to Italy. He's been there for 160 days and has filed 4 reports. I think he trolled the shit out of me for a vacation. Chan, you'll be disappointed to learn that SI has curbed your ability to make millions on offseason friendlies. I have two leagues set up and they're only going to get me about 400k total.
I'm running the latest version and I can make a ton from friendlies. Of course I usually go on a tour or work in a friendly deal in my transfers.

A scout's determination rating is what accounts for how many reports he will file. JCA/JPP are important for a scout, but I also look at Adaptability and Determination. A high Adaptability rating means your scout will give accurate reports even if you send him to a country that he isn't familiar with. High Determination rating means your scout will pump out more reports while scouting.
Yeah, I finally tracked down a scout during the offseason that's on point on all four of those. Board just increased my transfer budget from 14k to over 100k. Not going to end well for my opponents.
any tips on when you as a small team play against a bigger and more talented team and get a goal?? I dont know if I should just go on defensive and put 9 men on defense or if that will open too much space for the other team... playing as Leeds against Chelsea in the FA cup (I am playing on FM10 so Leeds is still in League 1)
Home or Away? I usually don't park the bus immediately, if I score first. Actually that depends on the timing of the goal. If the goal came 70' or above, I would go change my team mentality to pretty defensive and maybe take a Striker off for a DM. But if the goal comes pretty early, I would try to hang in there until around that 70' mark again, and then park the bus.
Home and I was up 2-0. They scored one before the half and I parked the bus. Then they tied it. Gonna have a replay since it was the FA cup.
Sucks because my team was defending well, but Lampard scored 2 amazing goals from 30+ yds. Such bullshit.

its worth it but you can easily find it on any torrance site. you manage just about every aspect including the games
you just give each player and team instructions and make adjustments throughout the game and the players do their thing like a real manager
I looked on demonoid but it's only PC version. I got a macbook so I'm struggling to find one I trust. I was also wondering that if I got it through the company and d/l'd it, would it take up the same bandwidth as torrenting it? I don't want to use all the bandwidth and pay outrageous overages

10 Took a while and I still dont know everything specially training and scouting. But once you get used to the screens and start playing the games you will get hooked.
What all can you do on the demo? Will I get the full, or close to, experience of everything the game offers? I kind of want to check it out before I drop the 40 on it
downloaded the demo, and damn there's a ton of stuff i'm just on but I imagine once you get into it more it gets easier. I struggled figuring out how the tactics work and getting the guys to do what I want.
very very overwhelming at first and like I said I still dont know everything but the more you mess around the more comfortable you will feel.
