    Columbia (11-5) +10.5 at Harvard (13-3). 2 units.

Columbia is 65th in nation in PPG at 74.2, and average 45% from the field.
Harvard is 140th in the nation in PPG at 70.7, and average 46% from the field.

Bottomline is it is a big spread for two similar teams. Colubmia is 8-1 in last nine, with a one point loss at an average Elon.

Over the past six games, surging SOPH Columbia guard Barbour has averaged 17.7 points per game. More impressively, his assists have not dropped off as he has begun to look for his own shots. As compared to 3.7 assists per game in the first 10 games, he has averaged 3.8 in the last six. Add Barbour with junior Noruwa Agho, the team’s leading scorer over the past two years (16.3 PPG, 4.6 APG), Smith had found himself a formidable duo.

Harvard is a good team, with 6 straight wins (including impressive win at BC by 9). I think the BC win has inflated this spread some, as Yale and 6 other teams have also beaten BC.
