Seems to undercut the bootstraps, make-good-decisions-and-nothing-bad-will-ever-happen-to-you ethos the rest of the site jerks off to if now is the time to treat God as the puppet master who'll rightfully give you an agonizing death and there's no reason to avoid it
Had a video interview with a candidate for a position I have open. Great resume, interviewed really well, and I was already thinking about her as the person to hire when she let slip that the real reason that she is looking for a new job is because she is losing her job with the Department of the Interior because of the vaccine mandate. So she is still looking for a job.
She asked what our company COVID policy was and in answering I said that we don’t have a vaccine mandate, and she congratulated me on working for a sensible company and then explained her situation. When we talked earlier in the interview about why she was interested in the position she just said she was looking for a new challenge.
Did she think she was selling herself with this? Not sure what type of work you do - but that seems like something you avoid at all costs as an applicant. So she's a legit die-hard.
People that lost their job because of vaccine mandates are prob begging you to let them talk about it.
If you don’t have a mandate I would think you can’t discriminate based on a persons medical history. Yea I’m a buzzkill but I wouldn’t go telling your internal recruiter or HR that’s the reason you aren’t hiring what sounds like an otherwise qualified candidate.
I mean she did not lie. Her new challenge is finding a decent employer that will hire her ass. She just worded it weirdly.
When we were hiring months ago I was totally docking points from candidates that were half masking in the interview.
fwiw you can legally ask if they can provide proof they're vaccinated. our recruiters are doing that on phone screens so people who aren't vaccinated don't take up anyone else's time.
The only reason you conduct an interview is to verify the person you are trying to hire isn’t crazy. The interview actually did its job this time. He isn’t getting in trouble for appropriate use of an interview.
Stan Wilson, 59, Dewey, OK, EMT, Anti-vaxxer. Dead from COVID. According to this obituary, Stan died from COVID on September 27, 2021. Stan was an EMT for the Bartlesville Ambulance Service for 27 years. Stan and his wife, Nancy, were anti-vaxxers, and as you'll see Nancy thought the Bartlesville Hospital could've approached Stan's treatment differently. So was Stan really an anti-vaxxer? As an EMT? Let's examine the social media record: One of Stan's EMS buddies in nearby Nowata, OK, died of COVID: Vaccine didn't get rid of the flu, so I guess, well, not sure what the point of this is: And, someone died after getting the shot (haven't done the autopsy yet, but still, I guess): He was certainly suspicious of J&J: Stan caught COVID: And passed away: After her rest, Nancy thought about it and had a warning for her friends. Was that warning to get vaccinated? No. She links to Dr. Peter McCullough, an anti-vaxx physician who was sued by Baylor Hospitals for using their name as his employer when he didn't work for them. He also pushes "alternative" treatments for COVID. Apparently he came to Bartlesville where Stan worked to give presentation: Here are her friends responses: She thinks Remdesivir killed him: Fuck Joe Rogan: She admits they weren't vaccinated and stood by it. She still won't get it!! RIP Stan.
angry Facebook Fl man doesn't beat the covid a 2nd time. He really liked to post on Facebook Dave Hicks, 53, Navarre, FL. Realtor & Mgr at Navarre Water Sports, anti-vaxx, dead from COVID. According to this obituary Dave died on October 12, 2021. He died from COVID. He's survived by his wife and two sons. As far as anti-vaxxers go, Dave was quite angry at the whole masks and vaccines thing. There's a positive note at the end. David posted on his Facebook page a lot about COVID: He wasn't afraid... Stop being sheep! He wants a drink. So do I. He felt there was a greater risk with the vaccine than with COVID itself (according to breaking911). Things really heat up in August with the memes (I've noticed that August seemed to the height of the anti-vaxx meme spread): Dr. DeSantis, M.D. proved it! Seems we're at number 9: Whatever happened to that Gamma variant? It looked so promising! Standard meme: Wouldn't be a complete anti-vaxxer without the call to imprison Dr. Fauci. And calling Fauci a liar... He's had it... Seems this is the second time he's gotten COVID. Not bad... He's hating Facebook, but aren't we all? He's done... (with Facebook)... Oh, no he's actually done. On a positive note, his friend tries to cheer him up in post-mortem: RIP Dave.
Former semi-regular guest of Art Bell and Steven Bannon look a like Kook, think Alex Jones before he became rich, got the rona Update: Steve Quayle, 70, Bozeman, MT, Radio Kookbabbler, Anti-vaxxer, Hospitalized with COVID. UPDATE (10/23/21): Steve Quayle just gave an "interview" where he discusses how "they" attempted to assassinate him using COVID-19 or some aerosolized genetically targeted bioweapon. This is the most insane thing of all the insane things on sorryantivaxxer.com ... click here for the update. It is certainly something! -------- UPDATE (10/17/21): Rob Skiba's competition in the evangelical Nephilim giant fantasy realm (though not a flat-earther apparently), is still sick at home on oxygen. See below. Original Post (10/3/21): According to this post and many others, Steve Quayle has been hospitalized with COVID. Apparently he is wearing a bracelet that says "NO VENTILATION." According to rationalwiki, Steve Quayle is an extreme right wing conspiracy theorist, pseudo-historian, religious fundamentalist, doomsday fear-monger, gold bug, and radio kookbabbler. He combines Biblical rapture with Chemtrails and Bigfoot and stokes about every doomsday conspiracy theory anyone has ever come up with including that the Vax is for depopulation and is a tool of Satan. He is a regular on Coast 2 Coast AM, and many other "kookbabble" shows. This guy is a piece of work. This is from his own website: So what are his views on the vaccine? Well, I wouldn't be surprised if every Vax conspiracy theory originated with this guy. This article was published on his website stevequayle.com : https://www.stevequayle.com/pdf/THE%20GREAT%20COVID%2019%20DECEPTION%20AND%20WHAT%20YOU%20NEED%20TO%20KNOW%20TO%20SURVIVE.pdf It goes on to discuss Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine: Depopulation: Loss of Liberty: More depopulation using Vax: Dr. Fauci is behind it all: Globalist war against Ivermectin: Anyway... apparently he caught COVID: and I grabbed this from Reddit: OK. Well... I guess I should say.... get better Steve? Get Better Steve and repent. ----------------------UPDATES------------------------ UPDATE (10/17/21): We have a quick update on Steve, who is still on oxygen but stable apparently: On the same day as this update, Steve or someone working for Steve posted this as Steve on his website: What in the hell???? Killing people in Hospitals to collect some kind of satanic COVID reimbursement? So, apparently killing people with COVID can go your underworld expense account. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE (10/23/21): This is the craziest thing you'll see maybe ever. Steve Quayle says "they" tried to assassinate him using poison via an aerosolized attack. He wonders how he could I be on a prophylactic dose of Ivermectin and end up in the Hospital. This puts "the Holocaust to shame" : Ok. I've been advised by my counselor, no comment.
The anti vax doctors are the biggest criminals out there. They are smart enough to know better. They should all have their medical licensure revoked.
Just found out a girl I went to HS with was found dead by their 11 year old son over the weekend. She was battling Covid pneumonia. Her husband passed away about 3 weeks ago from covid (I donated to the gofundme because the kid is in our youth sports program). So an 11 year old lost both of his parents in the past month because they wouldn’t get poked. So frustrating
fffffffuuuuucccccckkkkkkk feel so bad for the kid. Hopefully, he has a good aunt or uncle in his life to step up
How would you describe their physical health prior to Covid infection, on a scale from Capstone 88 to devine ?
