So I’d say thats officially nail in the coffin. I assume its a fire sale at the end of the year and probably a lot of young guys next year mixed w the guys we can’t get rid of. I came back to my office to see 2-0 and felt kinda apathetic. Glad I turned the game on, because that was a hell of a second half to watch. Still feel its too little too late, but its nice to feel good for at least a day.
I’m going to take credit for this one because I turned off the stream and went to an early dinner with the family. Never would have happened otherwise.
The Bryan-Seri-Babel triangle has a lot of promise. I’d feel pretty good about this team’s potential if we were just starting the year. It sucks that any progress made the rest of the way is going to be wasted as this lineup gets blown up post-relegation.
