So, these transfers...seems fairly "woopity doo" so tell me where I'm wrong. Please. Somebody please tell me I'm wrong.
I had to google both the new signings as I had no idea who they were. How we can still be without a solid striker I have no clue. Get Gayle and all will be forgiven though. Almost times up.
De La Torre resigned through 2020 today. Would be nice to see him start to get some looks with the senior team although with the amount of midfielders ahead of him I don't see it happening soon.
Good result to finally get full points. Hull looked much better than us most of the 2nd half. Sess missed a criminally easy unmarked header from 3 yards out to go up 2-0. Thought that was going to be the one that bit us.
Dominating possession right now. Really need to grab an equalizer though. Been really impressed with Ojo last few games.
On the bright side, somehow we are only still 4 points out of the playoff zone and Kamara got his first goal of the year, so hopefully it leads to getting him some confidence. We really need to get Cairney back fit though.
1-0. Nice finish by Kamara. Definitely looked offside, but we'll take it. Somehow AK becomes our first multi goal scorer of the year. Shows how pathetic our attack has been.
Lucky to survive 2-1. Why again did we let Matt Smith go? He looked more dangerous in his sub appearance for QPR than any of our forwards have looked all year.
It's funny how fatalistic I've become. When the OneFootball alert popped up on my phone for the second goal my first thought before reading it was "there's the QPR equalizer", and then when the alert for their goal came I figured we were about to give up another and see another draw. Thankfully I was wrong on both
It certainly was close. QPR has multiple great chances to level at 2-2 in added time and we were very lucky to see it through. thought we were doomed as soon as Fonte put the pk to go 2-0 up over the bar by about 10 fucking feet. In the end, a win is a win, but its incredibly frustration to watch.
Some late heroics from Odoi and we captured a point at the death. Maybe the presence of legend Brian McBride caused this late rally?
I keep finding it amazing how many games we fail to take 3 points and are somehow still within striking distance of a playoff spot.
Could be a good thing? Our Sabermetrics thing Tony Khan has been obsessed with doing isn't working out so well as this team sucks.
Terrible start, but CCV gave us a gift on the Ojo goal, and Sess with a very nice finish. I know I'm just getting my hopes up though, doubt we can hold a 2-1 lead for 60 min.
Trying their hardest. Button is fucking horrible. How Betts doesn't get a run out with as horrid as Button has been all year makes no sense.
How do you ensure you don't blow it in the last minutes? Have a three goal lead. A two goal lead isn't enough
First win since September. Still only 6 points out of a playoff spot. Shows how all it takes in the Championship is a little run to flip the table.
How many times are we going to let Button be an absolute liability before we let Bettinelli get a run out? The goal looked to just go through his fucking legs after we had all the momentum up 1-0.
Whew. When I saw an alert for a goal in the 97th minute I just knew we’d given away another one. Glad to see us on the right side of it for once. Also 97th minute WTF
Sess really needs to be at wing the rest of the season or until we sell him. He’s totally wasted at left back. Nice to see Piazon back.
