I watched first half and was disheartened to see them go down 1-0. Missed second half but loved coming back to see that score. Only 4 points out of a playoff spot now.

Pretty much. I think we were about 10 points out of a playoff spot in December both years. If we keep playing this well, 2nd place is in sight. Only 8 points behind Derby.
I was running my first ever 15k while the match was happening Saturday and I think looking down at my phone at for my pace/time and seeing the match updates helped keep me going lol

Auto promotion going to be hard to snag though as well as Cardiff and Villa are playing, but Wolves seems to be slipping, maybe we can catch them? The afternoon Villa/Wolves game is pretty big.
So my buddy is getting his MBA and as part of the program he gets to go to London for 2 weeks to observe the running of a sports franchise. Of all things, the choices are Chelsea or Fulham. He picked Fulham and would be there during the possible playoff and promotion final dates. I'm so fucking jealous.

I’ve heard it all; that Americans aren’t good enough, they’re not tough enough. There is a preconceived notion that we don’t know what football is and don’t know how to play. But when I’m not playing and am in the stands I hear people shouting, ‘Just boot it, just kick it’. Yet people in this country think that’s what Americans do, but they’re just shouting out that that’s what they want players to do. Is there jealousy creeping in as well?
I mean, seems to me the big keys to the run has been finally playing Sess in an attacking position, Switching out Button for Betts, and finally having someone who can score goals in Mitrovic. Finally having some continuity and running out roughly the same lineup week in an out has helped a lot too. Seems like for a long time we were trying to rotate so many guys in rather than just finding 12-13 guys and sticking with them.
