Wasn’t that what UF’s original proposal was
Something like that
I believe it was to play at the Citrus Bowl.
No, they wanted to play at the Citrus bowl. It was never a 2 for 1 it was a 2 for neutral
Fine with me let’s lock it in
"Let’s put together a football series between the state’s two premier college football teams — the No. 8-ranked Florida Gators and the No. 17-ranked UCF Knights."
#Alabama Crimson Tide and #Florida State Seminoles doing this again?
No thank you
Alabama continuing the trend of scheduling cupcakes from the ACC to play in Atlanta.
Don't make me be that FSU fan
The line was in the water for only 3 minutes and we got a bite.
Fishing with dynamite
No thank you please
Hopefully the planet will have cooked humans out of existence by then
I’m feeling easily triggered today.
It’s 6 years away
You did pretty well, I think Corky Bucek is a little disapointed with the results.
And auburn is not really better than fsu
Congrats, you will get dabo in year 2
13 seconds better.
Just another step toward the formation of the College Football Premier League Atlantic and South Divisions.
#Arkansas Razorbacks #Oklahoma State Cowboys
That's not much farther than Fayetteville for me. Will def go if I haven't died of old age yet
Make sure to get yours now before they sell out....
That's a good series.
Arkansas and Oklahoma State haven't played since 1980 (!). Bit surprising considering the proximity of the two schools.
Guess you’re not going! I’ll take the tickets though thanks
Your face is gross
*Oklahoma STATE. Don't get mad, Okies.
I’m leaving them to bturns and GK in my will just to fuck with you from my grave
We’re scheduling games for 2033? Goddamn that makes me feel old as fuck
So, will Okie State be part of the College Football Premier League’s South Division or West Division?
OU v Arky have only played 3 times since 1926... all in bowl games. A home and home hasn't gone down since 1919/1926... yowza
Would love to go up there for a game and watch OU play
Just chiming in to say fuck neutral site games. Tepid environments compared to what they could be.
Sad that now, basically any time I see a non-con game featuring two teams I have heard of, I have a flicker of excitement before the inevitable remembrance that this game will definitely be played at fucking Jerryworld or some bullshit
imagine playing conference games in Jerry World
It would suck ass
Will that ever end?
God I hope so but I doubt it
And there's really not an easy way to rotate it in either. Home-jerry-away-jerry wouldn't work.
It would have to be home-away-jerry-jerry-home-away
Lets see what VT has coming up..... https://fbschedules.com/ncaa/virginia-tech/
Alright, Penn State is cool. Notre Dame of course. WVU makes sense. Wait...2022. Virginia Tech is playing AT Old Dominion AND Liberty. LIBERTY!?!?!
I’m guessing that a game got cancelled this year and that’s why they play 2 FCS schools now Rhode Island and Furman.
So through 2031 they have FIVE road games left @ ODU, a game @ Middle Tennessee, 2 games @ Liberty, and in 2023 play @ Marshall and @ Rutgers.
"All-time great fanbase." Wasn't VT a doormat until fairly recently? Their stadium also holds like 60k.
(And now everyone will just bash South Carolina since I'm the one bringing this up)
They're a lot like Miami. Became a thing in the 80s, basically.
VT has traditionally had a fanbase that punches above their weight class as far as interest goes, kinda like WVU.
More analogous to K-State
