I think I've lost interest in gaming. After time, plodding around the same map for shooter up mans to shoot at other people gets old as fuck, while hearing "fuk u jew ngr" over a headset. I bought 3 1 year PSN cards when I got my PS4, and that time is about to elapse. I think I'll just let it go.
Play different types of games. Maybe your gaming tastes have just matured. A few from the last year or so I'd suggest are Uncharted 4, The witcher, bloodborne, dark souls 3.
Probably just lost interest in a genre. I haven't seriously played a FPS fragfest since battlefield 1942. Was just done after that, even Overwatch bored me to tears after an hour. Just can't do them anymore, too much time with Halo and GoldenEye growing up. I'd stick with it, VR is on the horizon. Tons of games you can back catalog on the cheap. Try any of the Naughty Dog games like was recommended. They are awesome.
I went through that about 4 years ago and since, I've discovered I really love games in the Metroid-vania style (Ori and the Blind Forest, Guacamelee). Also, cinematic single-player experiences like Last of Us, Tomb Raider, Uncharted.
Rocket league , ratchet and clank and other single player games stay away from mainstream multiplayer shooters
Took a buddy and I about 8 months to start it and finish it but when we could play together, it was awesome. We ended up beating it with 3 people and I don't see a way we would've gotten past Calica at the end with just the 2 of us. Seriously a fun game though.
I did it solo. That last battle was p tough though. Definitely took me 10+ tries. And I was fully upgraded too.
Ori and the Blind Forest is a fantastic indie game. Definitely recommend to anybody playing on xbox and pc.
There's no pattern. You have to learn what he does before each move and then react pretty quickly. When I finally did it I think I only got hit like once the whole fight.
Announcing games and showing trailers for games only for them to 2+ years later. Like fuck that shit. Announce it like 8-10 months out.
