This story was a 30 second segment on our local nightly news. Haven’t heard anyone outside of tmb talk about it. But we will hear about FTX and Hunter biden non stop for the next 2 years This country sucks
Yeah, I wasn’t like whoring. My first thought when I heard about this was, “not surprised it happened in the springs.” I was there the day that lunatic shot up the abortion clinic. I’ll talk shit about that terrible city whenever the fuck I please. There are mostly three types of people in springs: Christian nutbags, military nutbags, and gang bangers. And the gang bangers are the good guys, comparatively.
I've never been in the position but I think if I heard gunshots I'd be hightailing it for an exit, not trying to tackle the guy with the gun. Crazy amount of bravery there.
I’m 100% with you, however, and I say this in the most non-joking way possible, some people are just built different.
Nah, fuck that, it's "why are you wanting to make a bomb" that's concerning. I remember dismantling a bunch of fireworks with a few kids in the neighborhood and sticking the "gun powder" in a pvc pipe to make a bomb. We fused it and planted it as deep as we could in a hill covered in ant beds to see what would happen and hopefully kill some ants. It didnt quite work out that way when we ignited it, it was fairly boring from what I remember. I sure as shit would never attempt to hurt another human with anything like that, never considered it and it was not part of our intentions. We were just bored kids in the early 90's.
I had a buddy growing up that would make stuff like that. We’d go out into the woods and blow them up but basically just a big firecracker.
In this case, my understanding is the dude had already made terroristic threats, and then they actually found bombs or bomb materials. That's the type of situation I'm referring to. I also had some good times with M80s and other stuff

With Colorado's gun laws he wouldn't have been able to purchase these guns, but.... "It is not immediately clear how the bomb threat case was resolved, but the Colorado Springs Gazette reported the district attorney’s office said no formal charges were pursued in the case. The district attorney’s office did not respond to a request for comment from CNN. Aldrich’s arrest in connection to the bomb threat would not have shown up in background checks, according to the law enforcement sources who said records indicate he purchased the weapons, because the case was never adjudicated, the charges were dropped, and the records were sealed. It’s unclear what prompted the sealing of the records. Aldrich also called the Gazette in an attempt to get an earlier story about the 2021 incident removed from the website, the newspaper reported. “There is absolutely nothing there, the case was dropped, and I’m asking you either remove or update the story,” Aldrich said in a voice message, according to the Gazette."
Nm I misread the article as the vet was also armed, but he actually just took the shooter’s gun away.
It's worse than you can imagine. I watched the Tucker episode/clip just to see if he had a shred of human decency but he doesn't. It pivoted into playing the victim of drag queens around schools within like the first 5 minutes.
Let's not forget the police removed him from caring for his transgender son in law who ended up dying from gunshots, cuffed him, and left him in a cop car for over an hour. Wonder how much coverage that will get.
If there were ever any good candidate to actually be a cop, this guy is it. Unarmed, neutralized an active shooter with a semiautomatic weapon at his own peril to protect others, and the in the face of his loved ones dying at the hands of this person he left him alive to be taken into custody.
None, because the only thing this countries media believes in covering is how evil trans people are and how they deserve all of these bad things
It seems clear the kid and his family had local connections to get it squashed and everyone involved in doing so is trying to stay out of the spotlight.
That pos was in the navy reserves and has promoted all kinds of conspiracy and hate. I hope he finds himself accountable one day. I won’t shed a single tear. Not surprising he once worked for Rick Santorum.
Fucking jesus christ, I didn't know his son died. Fuck cops so damn much, they provide absolutely nothing of value.
Because it was his 22 yr old daughter’s friends birthday and he was performing. Acting like he took a 5 yr old to a club. Pieces of shit the whole lot of them.
And I don't think it was him that the hero was caring for when the cops pulled him away. Still completely shitty though.
I'm still trying to figure out how a drag show in a bar for an adult audience is pedophiles grooming kids.
He really needs to just get disappeared. This shit is outrageous, and the media just allows it to happen without bringing light to any of it. Then they turn around and make fucked up stories about trans people and gays. How many people have to fucking die???? And if someone beat Tim Pool into a coma they'd be branded a crazy person, instead what they should be called is a hero. People here can talk all the shit about the Saudis or the Qatari's or whatever, but we have an entire mainstream media dedicated to turning LGBTQ people in targets and everyone just lets that shit happen
