Just watched The Fabelmans. I see why Spielberg didn't want to make this while his parents were still alive. Definitely has some ISSUES with his mom.
It also gave us our first collaboration between Snoop and Dr. Dre on the soundtrack's title song--a pretty solid beat and track that made a few of our mix tapes back in '92 ;)
1. Under Siege 2. Above the Law 3. Hard to Kill 4. Out for justice 5. Marked for death Under siege goes in my “random awesome 90’s action movies” with the likes of The Substitute, The Rock, True Lies, Face-Off, etc…
Just saw Friendship. Such cringe. No bust-a-gut laughs, but consistently funny the whole way through. Tim Robinson has carved out a great little niche. It's a combination of relatable, sometimes even understated, reactions that you could see yourself dealing with....combined with over-the-top exaggerated ridiculousness.
seeing Dogma with some coworkers tomorrow night, stoked for these Gen Z kids to see it for the first time
Just watched Predators:Killer of Killers. Pretty awesome so about to watch Predators. I just rewatched Prey recently or I’d be watching that
Watching now. Crazy gory animated anthology with Predators vs Vikings, Ninjas and Samurai and WW2 pilots….what’s not to like?
Plus, it’s got fucking Michael Biehn! He joins Paxton and Henriksen in the Alien, Predator, Terminator triumvirate
this is really fun. Also loved how Hulu thinks I might also like Super Fakes: The Shadow World of Counterfeit Purses
