Every time I see George I think "he looks like a young version of Jiminy Glick"

 

I can chew and walk gum at the same time.

 

Seems legit

 

a real lawyer would know for sure but as an unsecured appearance bond I think all this means is that those two are on the hook for $500k if he doesn’t show up, they didn’t have to come up with that amount and hand it over to the court to get him released

Wouldn't they have to prove that they had the funds to secure the bond, though?

 

SBF’s guarantors didn’t have to prove they had $250 million, and that was a (partially) secured bond - they did specifically pledge the family home. Santos’s bond is unsecured.

 

I think they have to hand over 10% to bondsman

 

Makes perfect sense that he was fighting tooth and nail to hide that the most unremarkable people possible posted for him.

 

Yea fed bail and state bail are two entirely different things.

 

Is the writers strike over? Some new compelling story lines fleshing out
