I never considered Tua’s arm weak. His bones are a different story
Yeah, he doesn't get near the velo that most NFL qbs have. I guess weak is a term that gets taken out of context though. His arm shits all over mine, but it is probably in the bottom three in the NFL. He can still throw a ball down field, but he has to get a little more hop and grunt into it.
Well we're talking about him in college so saying he has an average NFL arm isn't the same as saying he has a weak arm. He's not Aaron Rodgers but he's not current Drew Brees either.
So how did this game turn out?
Our OL isn't very good, but who the fuck cares, right? Y'all didn't exactly look like world beaters last week, either. In fact, the play was less than mediocre.
Smitty may be 180 lbs soaking wet, or whatever he is, but he’ll kick you up and down the field and make you like it.
Uh oh Owsley went after his phone and is now liking posts from the belly of a whale.
since Owsley is being a jerk and liking my drunken posts, was it a Bama or Georgia guy that dove backwards to only miss the pbu by like 5 feet
I think it was Chris Allen. I guess Hellams had a man or was way late to help on that side. I have a hard time believing we left that match up 1 on 1 without any help over the top. I haven't watched it again though so I'm probably wrong.
He's probably talking about the 90 yard TD for Waddle but I think Harris for us did similar on the ling TD to their RB.
It was Christian Harris for us. It was mind numbing that our coaches didn't call a timeout seeing him on an island with James Cook with no safety to help
Waddles wasn't a pbu, the UGA db tripped over his own dick.
This is the 2 I thought of
Yes #8 not #4. I knew I was fucking that up.
It would have looked much much worse if it was Chris Allen
Dropped my phone in Wolf Bay sometime late Thursday night/early Friday morning. Jumped in and eventually found it but the damage was done, even with a lifeproof case. Found an iPhone 4 (I think) in a drawer when I got home today so time to catch up.
So, good weekend then huh?
Seems like a well-reasoned and objective analysis from a real straight shooter.
Outside of the pretty bad pass interference on Smitty in the end zone what bad calls were there? Not to mention they blew the first review which clearly was not an INT.
I still don’t think that was as clear as Bama fans say.
I thought the refs did an average job and didn’t affect the outcome.
Yeah I don't get thinking the first interception was clearly on the ground. The PI is the only thing I can think of.
Refs didn't affect the outcome. Having a terrible qb prob had some effect though
Even then, if the DB turns his head it was a no call anyways. Was definitely the only questionable thing I can remember, though.
LOL. Waddle just flat out burned that man.
waddle hit that man w/ the fus ro dah and he never stood a chance
It’s a good thing the sec hires outside officials for the Iron Bowl.
That shit was not an interception. The giveaway is the extremely clear view of the ball only being separated from the ground by grass. That horrible call is clearly why bama lost, they just couldn't overcome the refs being Georgia fans.
The early int largely didn't matter anyway because we gave the ball right back
Georgia's coaches and players should be angry and embarrassed...

Try to imagine how Saban's post game press conference would have gone if it had been his team that played so poorly. He would have been angry, red faced and clearly determined to fix the problems NOW. Kirby seemed far too accepting, he seems to be growing accustomed to these things. To just point out one of many failures, the secondary looked about as skilled as high schoolers in the second half. This is undoubtedly the most gifted group of safeties and cornerbacks in school history, and it's a veteran group as well.
This should not be acceptable...period.
Is this a coaching staff worthy of the top recruiting classes we've signed ? Get mad, get determined, play smarter, play harder, coach better.
Not sure what throwing a tantrum would do to help. I think UGA played pretty well outside of Bennett and I honestly don't think he can do much better. It's not like UGA played poorly across the board. They have one huge deficiency and it showed. No point in throwing fit when there's no fix for that.
We played much, much worse than UGA the week before, at least on D
Did Alabama intentionally play like shit against Ole Miss to get our hopes up?

I wish you weren't so nice to IV.
I think they wanted to justify their own living room tantrum. “I feel like murdering a 19 year old after that game!! I don’t understand why Kirby doesn’t feel the same!!!!!1!one”
What I do?
Exactly. This ain't 2010 when you can win with McElroy. The QB position is much more more important and, thankfully, Coach Smart continues to mismanage his QB room. Bennett is not a national championship caliber QB when your competition is Bama, Clemson and OSU. He needs to throw Daniels in there and see what he can do.
In Kirby's defense he's brought in Fields and then Newman to fix our QB problem but just couldn't get them to stay on the roster . He also got Daniels who uh can't play for some reason
The Daniels stuff is certainly a head scratcher, he is practicing right?
The only blame I put on Kirby for this year is blowing the Fields decision. He did a damn fine job getting Newman and Daniels in here in very short order. Can’t really fault him for how it turned out.
Getting them to stay is part of managing the QB room.
