It’s not matchmaking? That sucks as there’s limited ways to meet people to play it. It’s not like they have a tower or app like destiny. I’m down to give it a run. Maxed out at 109 right now but should be 110 with some more resources from quick play.
Yeah, it wouldn't work with matchmaking. Way too much communication required. It's just like a Destiny raid.
Playing this on Lethal+ with several of the hindering charms on: Enemies don't drop any supplies and actions requiring Resolve cost double especially in duels not having that healing as back up or spamming heavenly strike makes them a lot more difficult.
Probably getting a PS5 with the new gens since my XBox is a One X and already 4K. This will definitely be the first game I get into.
Gents, just got into Ghost this week, about 4-6 hrs deep just got into Act 2. Love this game, but wondering if there are any tips regarding best way to progress through the game? Right now going back and cleaning up stories before I continue.
This also getting the Charm that makes perfect blocks and parries easier as well as the Charm for finding Fox shrines that gets stronger as you pray at more shrines
There’s a resource charm you can get immediately in the game that I highly recommend. YouTube it because it’s definitely worth it
Same. I didn’t do it for act 1 but I went back and cleared it and act 2 before moving on and made sure I got everything even after I finished the game
Yes. Incredibly helpful to accumulate a fuck ton of resources early on and upgrade your shit quickly.
Waited to play this until the PS5 and was so worth it. Holy shit what a gorgeous game. Awesome combat system, interesting setting and story and never felt tedious like some open world games do. Now need to clean up the island.
I haven’t been on in probably a month. Really wish they would add more depth to the online, but the campaign is so legit I might just beat it again.
I'm likely going to start it in the next week. I platinumed it on the PS4, I forgot enough to enjoy it hopefully just as much on the PS5. Any tips for starting the game? I forget if there's anything to do. I remember it's good to get the armor that helps you find items.
so I waited to buy this until I had my PS5. I spent the last couple weeks playing. i have to say, this might be the best video game i've ever played. such a great story. hit me in the feels.... it was incredible. i played in japanese with english subs.
I did occasionally get tired of the repetitive “here’s a group of two archers, two shield guys, and a brute.” but other than that I loved that game.
I get that, but when I compare it to games that Ubisoft makes.. the repetitiveness is nowhere close, but that’s just me
I try to do stealth first but then just slice and dice also playing on lethal makes this game so much better. Idk if you guys ever played bushido blade but it was a fighting game with similar one hit one kill mechanics and difficulty. it’s that but open world it owns
For stealth the ghost armor is definitely the best but you don't get it until you are pretty far into the game.
Loved how easy it was to fluctuate back and forth with the armor. However, it did kill some of the realism.
Game is pretty great so far. It is actually a bit hard at times. Wish you could choose an enemy to lock on to. Wish you could skip cut scenes. I really like playing it in Japanese, but that requires 100% attention in order to read subtitles.
