Only really knowing him from the Netflix show, it appears this is the year where he needs to grow up and be a real adult facing real adversity. Can’t image how hard it is to be so good so young and given everything for that to be you’re life at the point.
Player run organization. Those players want to restrict the competition that they will face and make it less of a meritocracy. I don't think the product gets better as long as that is the case.
Ditto. Saw those prices, laughed, internally said fuck the corporate greed, and closed the website. No way I'm buying at $250 for a practice round and $750 for an actual round.
Bandon Dunes developers are building a new golf course on the Florida Panhandle about 30minutes north of the pcb airport
Had a dinner at my club tonight so I played 9 before hand and then walked up to the dinner pretty good setting at 18
Any recs on golf bags? I need a new one and made the mistake of clicking an ad so now it's all I see. Those Ghost golf bags look legit but damn are they expensive
Do you walk or ride more regularly? I’m about 50/50 depending on who I’m playing with so I grabbed this one a few years ago and have been happy with it. https://www.titleist.com/product/hy...zT1velNo0iOxIj7KlTTuquJqHrru0NrUaAv49EALw_wcB
I've got a Titleist Players 4 StaDry (member guest gift) and two Links Legend Member bags--one I got using proshop credit and another was a tourney gift. The StaDry is good and light, but I've found that the stands on all of them don't really fully collapse when walking which bothers me. I do like the look of the Links Legends. They're nice bags. Previously I had only variations of Ping Hoofer and Hoofer Lite and never had any problems with them. I think I like them a little more for walking.
I really like my Sunday Golf bag. I only play with 9 clubs so it's great to have a 2.5 pound bag that has all the pockets and stuff I need The quality is good though that I'd recommend the full size bag if that's what you wanted too
They are designing holes for TGL and have an opportunity to go all Golden Tee, and Nicklaus' design team comes up with a hole that is 280 carry and a wedge over a pond (zero threat to TGL players) but would punish the hell out of an amateur player that will never play it. Nice work
Sun Mountain 4.5 for me; tons of pocket space and I love the 14 way full length dividers, never any club tangle issues. Works great on a cart and my push cart, definitely still light enough to carry when desired too
This was my previous bag, now I have a Vessel. I like both and can’t see owning any other brand moving forward
Broke 100 today with a 98. Putting and iron play was great (relatively). Driver and wedges <100yds were not great. Thing I was most proud of was choosing higher percentage shots which showed.
