Can not recommend enough for anyone in the Palm Beach area to play The Park. Was a blast to play. I couldn’t make a putt though. 78 with 38 putts
went and picked up my clubs cause the OSU Oregon got out of hand and asked to hit a couple in the bay. The new grips actually felt pretty good and werent too big. but Im pretty skeptical I didnt add 15-20 yards of carry distance
I'll start vlogging on the course just for you... is this a Bryson thing or do you lose feel around the greens with oversized grips?
No, it's just more that most actual improvement comes from getting better around the greens. If the new grips make you feel better over a shot, that's a good thing too.
It's not super cheap but the Sun Mountain Club Glider is a game changer with the second set of wheels.
He's been showing signs of life and is one of the best talents in the sport. Any player of his talent should be thinking that way.
You get what you pay for unfortunately. You most likely will have thousands of dollars in the travel bag and need to trust airline workers with the handling of it. Spending the money is the right thing to do. I have a Club Glove College Traveler that I just received as a tee gift. Havent used it yet, but pretty excited about this upgrade from the hard case i was using
https://www.pgatoursuperstore.com/t...025039.html?dwvar_2000000025039_STK_COLOR=214 I would look at this. At least a known brand sold by the big box stores vs. some random crap on amazon.
I bought the Amazon Basics one for like $60 a couple years ago and it's worked perfectly fine for me. Flown with it probably 5-6x, including back and forth to Scotland. Doesn't look like it's still available but they might have an updated version? https://a.co/d/g3aTePV
Went with this one. $80 if last a few trips great. 2 rounds at Paiute next Friday/Saturday in Vegas and first time not using a rental set
Have that travel bag and like it. If your bag is larger than a hybrid carry bag, you’re not gonna have a good time though.
https://bsky.app/profile/bfquinn.bsky.social/post/3leu7bkx3bs25 Scoop from @gabbyherzig.bsky.social — the PGA Tour is in advanced talks to change the Tour Championship to bracket-style event https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/60...nship-bracket-golf/?source=emp_shared_article Idk man
Anything different than what they are doing now is good This might not work, but the next idea might. What they were doing before was objectively terrible
It should go back to like it was when Tiger won but wasn’t the FedEx cup winner. But Americans are too dumb to process more than one thing winning at a time…
new putter did great today. Best I’ve felt putting in a long time. Could have been my best round ever if not for a few holes. Only issue I had was very long putts. Don’t have a feel for the long lag touch yet. The ball doesn’t come off as hard as my old odyssey mallet.
I think I’d rather watch a pro hit all his shots at the range than into a screen. At least it will be a chance to see the top players, tho.
I’ve always thought of it as option 2. I’m picking a spot the width of one golf ball outside of the cup and putting when a caddie says one ball outside.
Interesting. So for option 1 guys, if I said a full cup out to the right, you would only aim 2 inches off the cup edge vs 4 inches off the edge?
