Pebble has officially been Honda'd
You’re on notice buddy
I'm speaking to the fact that the tour has totally boned a once great event.
It would have made more sense to have Pebble be an elevated events. It's the first weekend with no football and no other sports of any consequence. Plus WM is always going to have juice because of the party scene. Maybe Pebble doesn't want it because of the pro am piece of it
the elevated events are rotating, not the same events every year.
No idea if this is the same property/project. But I heard last year of a course going in this general area that was only going to accept 50-100 in state members. All others were going to be out of state by design. Going to be extremely nice and exclusive.
Could see it being Bounty with is proximity to John Tune.
Hadn’t thought of that, but it’s a very good point. Hop on Briley near Tune and you can probably be there in 10-15 minutes.
And if you had any interest in being near downtown Nashville you are very close, unlike Troubadour.
You think LIV is? I’m sure they could, just wonder if they even thought that out.
Yea I'd think but who knows.
I just view Troubadour as being different because of Discovery Land. Feels more resorty and less like a golf club.
Seems very popular with the Brentwood/Franklin crowd, too.
Morikawa is working with Blackwell today at Greystone in Birmingham. Guess he’s chasing some of that Homa magic.
Why the hell are all the comments from anti vaxxers?
So close again. 7 iron from 185. Hopefully one of these days I’ll join the HIO club.
Golf is chud central
it’s more Twitter than anything. Same thing happened with Demar Hamlin
that looks disgusting
Playing a tournament at Innisbrook, Copperhead course on the 20th. Love playing courses that the pros play. Need to watch some video of past tournaments to get a feel for the course. Will be my first time there and I hear the swag bag for this tourney is incredible.
comes with free herpes
And a ride in the spaceship
Oh, Rick. What are you doing? The golf thrifters?
My house is in this picture. Rent for two weeks? Yes sir.
Edit: that whole piece of land can't be true but McKie family owns a lot of land on the river there.
Dude should've tweeted that on April 1st.
This is the problem with Shotgun Start. It plants stupid shit like this in your head and if you ever let references slip out in real life you sound like a lunatic
Umm. I don’t think Pebble is going to be playable today. Haha
Golf channel says final round starts at 12:30 PST
Yeah, it went from standing water and hail on the greens to playable in like 15 minutes after I posted that.
Can’t recall the last time I saw that many guys WD
Rodgers wins the Pro-Am
A 3 playing as a 10 is quite the advantage
Larry Fitzgerald would be proud
They aren’t getting this in, right?
no, they just said it'll be a finish tomorrow.
Pebble at sunset is pretty awesome, regardless of the field.
Thirst Bucket call of the year
Looked up his index and it is 3.0. He played as a 10 in this and how does that work?
For whatever reason, this event comes up with its own handicapping system that doesn’t use current GHIN handicaps. Guessing to manipulate the top of the leaderboard. Larry Fitzgerald was in a similar position when his team won.
Maybe Soly will shed some light on that on the pod today. Seems extremely dumb to use anything, but GHIN
More! Hopefully more guys buy into this
There it is
How does Rodgers supposedly have a 3 with these scores?
I'm also confused about the two scores already posted from Feb 23.
That 83 from the blues at Green Bay CC is what a 10 would shoot.
