Our course got heavily punched 11 days ago. Hit it about as well as I can today tee to green. Hit one ball in a hazard and made par. Putting and a couple shots here and there just absurdly frustrating or i career it by 3 strokes
Haven’t played it personally but have been told by several friends & coworkers to avoid it because they don’t keep it in good shape. Tons of places better in that price range
I was once told the cowboy club in Dallas I think.
Showed up hungover as hell this morning and fired a 47 on the front. Got a couple of high noons at the turn and made 4(!) birdies on the back for a 36. Personal best side and definitely the most birdies I’ve ever had in a round. Just an unreal feeling.
Should started drinking earlier
I had a miller lite haunting me in the cooler the whole front 9 but kept on wanting to throw up each time I looked at it. Chicken salad sandwich and a high noon at the turnhouse saved me
Never heard it called a turnhouse before.
Halfway house or just the turn, imo.
Hmm I guess we found another fun folksy southern euphemism
Before I start to use it I’ll research whether it has a racist history
Clubhouse or turn out here in the west.
Bought the Arccos sensors about a month ago...strong recommend for anyone looking to improve the game or that just like data generally
Clubhouse and turnhouse (aka halfway house) are different things
Cam Smith is being assessed a 2 stroke penalty today after failing to take full relief from the hazard yesterday after hitting it into the water. So now he’s -9 for the tournament
Don't know why they are covering cam Smith so hard if he's about to bolt.
Making sure that in addition to endorsing 9/11 everyone knows he’s a fucking cheater
Lfg Will, bound to win one!
WTF is going on with NBC right now. Jesus
Awesome start to the coverage NBC
i mean that’s the rule but that’s pretty technical
Just played the tips on a 7,000+ yard par 70 because the idiots we got paired up with were and I might be mentally fucked forever
Played Bear Creek’s east course today and it was in great shape. Pretty much right next to the airport. I tend to stick to the Ft. Worth side of DFW. Iron Horse is usually solid as well for the money on this side of town.
If Sepp frickin' Straka (who missed 6 straight cuts coming in) chases Will down and nips him here, Will just may be cursed to never win lol
Never count out the Sepptic Tank
Stones from Will there.
Thinking of driving up to Winstar and playing both their courses on Saturday and Sunday. Anyone played those casino courses?
It’s like he’s just not allowed to win or some shit.
What a putt from Sepp
Could use some more commercials NBC
I lied guys. I guess I am going to post about LIV.
WILLY Z BABY
Oh, hey Mercedes commercial
Love the Zalatoris reaction
78 for Spaun to drop from overnight leader to T42
That's an insane ejection. 25th in points going into the week and will end up 28th going into next week. Could have posted just +2 or +3 today and probably secured East Lake
holy shit Straka is lucky as hell
This MFer gonna cost me lots of money
Why in the fuck in Zal still hitting driver
How tf did will hit the path there? He must’ve absolutely blistered that thing. And of course Straka somehow survives.
Yes I’m mad.
Par 4 should never be a playoff hole.
Straka is the luckiest man alive
Straka will have to lay that up. Not gonna have a stance to hit over the water there probably
Think both will have their third from about 40-50 yard out and one will get up and down to win
Of anyone I’d be very sure it’s the correct play (by the new age math) if he’s doing it. He also (I believe) has the lowest miss-left and highest miss-right of anyone so he can just swing away with driver.
Interesting choice. Might be safest with Will Z already laid up
