Actually wore these to the Masters and to Memphis a few years ago. I really didn't care for them playing golf in though. Now I use them to do yard work
I've slipped one time too many in my nike spikeless in wet conditions. I feel like golf shoes are terribly ugly right now and I'm considering going back to fj dryjoys. Just wish they weren't so heavy.
If you dont mind paying for them, look at the Icons. I walk every round and theyre all I ever wear. They stay light because they dont pick up moisture from the grass like most and they're not bulky - more like a dress shoe. If you take care of them they'll last forever.
booger mcfarland was on mike and mike this morning basically talking shit about Jack Nicklaus era golfers. Trevino, Watson, Nicklaus, Player etc... Said they're old farts and that he could kick their ass. Said he would play them where ever. Well lee trevino called in , said 100 dollars hole, 2 down automatic press. They agreed to to play at Trevino's home course, Dallas National. I hope/expect trevino to wipe the floor with boogers stupid ass Im sure booger is pretty solid & trevino is in his 70s but i've got faith in the old vet
I'm shocked that a guy who thought Jake Bentley could/would outplay Deshaun Watson thinks he can outplay former major winning pro golfers...
Gonna be in the Louisville area in early august. Anyone here have any experience or luck getting on Valhalla? I've heard I might be able to talk to the pro at my course to get a tee time, but was curious if anyone here had done that. If not, any recommended public courses near Louisville?
Got out on the chipping/putting green this afternoon at about 6pm. Man its nice to be able to spend an hour + out there with some decent sunlight.
Headed to Escondito next week for my annual 2 day trip. Looking forward to 3 days there. Great track!
Can't help you get on at Valhalla, sorry bro. As for public courses, I just played Heritage Hill today. Great shape. #1 public course in KY last year. I'll ask around and get you some more recommendations. I haven't played all the courses in Louisville.
I did some work last year at a course called Valley view. It was like 20-30 minutes from Louisville but it looked fun
Valhalla is owned by the PGA so there is an avenue to get someone on. Your pro will have to contact Valhalla for you and he can set it up. They allow a certain amount of unaccompanied rounds per day and at certain times. If I remember correctly it costs about 250 to play.
First round with my Epic today. Took 3 holes to get dialed in with no range beforehand. After that it was on. Right down every fairway and long. So excited to get to play with it again. This was on a 356 yd par 4. Would have made it to the green if it didn't go uphill at the green.
Even a multi millionaire, celebrity, professional golfer has his insecurities and sucks it in. Never change Rickie
Just making fun of the way she was dressed. Girl looked like she was done with Rickie and was on to the next sucker.
