The island is trash people too. 1 family alone makes sure of that.
Seems like a nice guy
I have some issues with the city of tampa I’m well aware of. For the most part I am
maybe don't have a swing coach that lives in a different state?
Also, I think this has all just exposed golfers as being big fucking babies. They have had easy lives, wealthy parents, etc. And they are now pouncing on this opportunity to make more money and are trying to claim being a successful tour pro is just too fucking hard
I only said that because you are mainland. And that family is in the southern half, so it works
I think that LIV fed them the schedule/family talking points and these guys just executed it horribly
It’d be nice to hit two good shots in a row but my second round of the year was a 10 stroke victory on a course I’ve never played.
World Woods in Brooksville
it wasn’t too long ago one of the first charity Covid tourneys he was being billed as a big personality and the next big thing.
Remember that time he puked all over himself on a Sunday and is the reason Bryson is a fucking US Open champ?
Recently purchased by Cabot and is closed for like 18 months for renovations.
WELL FUCK. guess it's not gonna be cheap anymore either

On one hand I get what Phil and guys are saying that there’s definitely “content” to be exploited. On the other, this would seem unworkable if guys were just being a full on crew with them to the range
The problem with LIV is I am actively rooting for ALL of them to miserably fail, but inevitably someone will win.
I think I am throwing all my eggs into Bryson basket, just so Brooks has to watch and react to get his ass beat by the nerd.
bryson is definitely the try hard nerd of the group while everyone else is there just to collect a check. So it’s probably a safe bet
Semi related and something I have noticed.
One of my favorite ways to get more rounds in is play on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday evening with my wife. It’s not that bad.
Many times I get a chance to play a second shot to get more reps and course isn’t crowded … and my second shot is more times than not what I wanted to do with my first shot. Damn near every time. I nearly hit a hole in one on a short par 3 on my second shot, but I guess not really?
I love Fred Couples
I don’t really know how to say this, it’s not like it’s been a long time coming. It just kind of happened rather fast after a few chance encounters. I now prefer birdicorn divot tools to the pitchfix switchblade divot tools. I don’t know who I am anymore.
Caught the bug real bad just in time for monsoon season. Chased off the course today after 3. And of course I started par par birdie.
Ever since the purchase it went downhill quickly. I played there about a month ago and all the greens were torn up. It was almost like a municipal course.
Thats a shame. it was the best value in golf in the state imo
When is the renovation going to start? Kyle franz is perfect for that job.
I agree. Loved going up there.
supposed to reopen in 2023
I just got too busy, and all my regular golf partners moved away, so my play reduced. I used to play 3 or 4 times a week no problem. I hate playing on weekends because the pace is so slow, and once school starts and my drive to work time doesn’t allow me to play during the week. If I get up early enough I have played 27 holes and been done by 10 am though.
probably mathematically impossible, but does this leave the door open to them qualifying on points? But guessing only playing in majors going forward wouldn’t do it
How are these teams fair? 3 of the best for or 5 guys on this team.
Fair? I don’t think they’re concerned much with the “competition.”
It's all made up and is not real competition
Oh no, the LIV Team Cup is tainted now
but I just assumed this was all part of the negotiation. “I’m not coming unless you can guarantee I’m not on Brysons team”
Any of you guys use push carts? Any recommendations? I'd like something light and can fit in the trunk of my car with my clubs. Other than that, icing on the cake, I guess. No idea if I want a 4 wheel or 3 wheel unit yet, though.
I’ve had a Clicgear for 4-5 years now that checks all the boxes, pricey up front but worth the investment. It’s a 3 wheel model and has a lever that locks the front wheel in place so that you can let go of the cart and it’ll stay straight. I think just about any good one will collapse in half and fit the space you’ve got
If that’s what Costco has from time to time, I 100% concur
I have this. It's highly reviews and does everything I need it to. Fits fine in my Accord hybrid with a cart bag.
tjosu It'sAlwaysSunnyInAthens Do you guys regret not going with a 4 wheel cart? Any stability issues? I think that's my biggest hang up so far. I just don't play courses with a lot of elevation changes now that I'm in the Midwest.
As soon as I posted that I had a Clicgear I started doubting myself, turns out I lied and I have this thing (friend that I play a lot with has Clicgear and it’s great too) https://www.golfgalaxy.com/p/tourtr...3whl360crcrt?bopisFilter=false&isaFilter=true
I’ve been very happy with it over the years. That extra storage pocket in the back comes in handy since I do most of my walking in colder weather, so I can fit various layers/jackets instead of stuffing my bag. I’ve never had any issues with stability and actually think I prefer mine to some of the 4 wheelers I’ve seen since I can lock/unlock the front wheel, they don’t have the turn radius that I do
No I haven't had any issues. Has a hand break and is really stable so far.
I have a clicgear 4.0 and wife has a rovic cart both are awesome, easy to setup, maneuver easily, and are very light.
My bag is finally 100% complete
14 club rule is not in effect.
But seriously, looking at the p790, T200, and MP223. Likely going with the MP223 strictly due to looks. Maybe that's weird but feel like I can basically clank em all around the same.
Looks like you'll have some serious decisions ahead of you. 54* or 56*... I'm just not sure!
54 degree got bent down to a 52
