Phil went from winning the PGA Championship to wearing Walmart clothes in less than a year because he needed the money and is an egomaniac, so I’d be hesitant to crown him.
So scottie suffered a debilitating ass injury at the Open and was in excruciating pain on Sunday. https://www.golfdigest.com/story/sc...ck-infection-cysts-tour-championship-open/amp
Those things fucking suck so bad. Had it done as a freshman in HS and again as a senior in college. Changing out the packing may be the worst part
Had one of these when I was 21-22. Definitely sucked. Just a gaping hole at the top of your ass crack. Luckily I had a gf that was willing to change out the packing/gauze.
Good for scottie to overcome such a horrific ailmen. My money is on Xander this week for the value but my heart is with house scheffler.
it's a little funny that the same guys that shit on other guys for "chasing money" have now spearheaded the very thing that represented not chasing the money to put themselves in a position to make a lot more money
Cam Young and Neiman.. Guys haven't accomplished anything in the golf world and have a chance to. Referendum on giving a fuck about that. Also I'd love to know how much they are getting paid for it to be worth it. Both those guys have 100 million career earnings upside if they stay. Easily.
Has anyone considered that some guys may genuinely just not like the PGA Tour and the people that run it? Monahan sucks
this is pathetic. "I'll go work for the guys that did 9/11". I mean wtf? You can't be that stupid, right?
I don't think you as a person are pathetic. I'm sure you're a wonderful person. I think that statement is pathetic. & I'm not a Saudi. I'm an American.
I'm the right wing racist nut? White men in this thread are bashing people if they don't agree with their line of thinking and thinking their way is superior.
Kind of shocking that Scott is one of the PGA’s biggest supporters. Sucks he couldn’t have talked Cam out of it.
Something definitely changed because at the start he looked to be one of the guys that would be first to go
Yeah I thought Scott was one of the earlier names linked; or maybe it was just bc a lot of the Aussies were linked to LIV.
Played the par 3 course this morning in an effort to tune the short game. Went out solo but paired up with another dude on the sixth hole. This is the 100 yard #13 hole. I guess 2.5 for the career now?
Seems like now is a pretty bizarre time to leave especially for guys in the OWGR top 75. Either get in on the gold rush really early or wait to see if the Tour / Tiger & Rory collapses LIV or LIV keeps momentum, then go next spring. There's a chance guys like Ariban Lahari could have played themselves into the majors / East Lake next year and been extremely thankful they didn't go to LIV if its looking like its falling apart in 12 months, now they're kinda forever screwing themselves at a time the Tour finally has momentum for the first time in 2022 really
After the Tour Championship I think we will see more dominoes fall. It sucks, but the reality of what is happening. I'll say it again, PGA will have to let these liv players back in once more big names cross over. Smith and Young are not the new names your want to see leaving.
