just don’t buy from them before you price it out elsewhere they will upsell you on the shaft. Push back on that. The standard shafts with the new clubs are often fine
yeah speed and distance isn't my issue, it's more spin rate and left misses. the 430 max 10k seems like it'd help that a lot
I game the G430 Max and its the best driver ive ever owned and not particularly closed. Never needed more distance, just forgiveness and it does that. I bought the 3 wood, 3 hybrid, and 4 hybrid as well and the 3 hybrid is probably my favorite club I have ever owned.
I play the G425 LST. The LST is supposed to be a lower spin head which can hit a nice piercing low flighted ball, great for windy days. I've played a cut most of my life off the tee, but now have the draw setting along with upping my loft by a half a degree. With this set up, it is designed to be draw prominent. So with my slight cut swing with a heavy draw setting, I am now either hitting my drives dead straight or with a baby draw. Love my PING driver, the sound is beautiful.
Basically: smaller drivers, roll back the ball. Who cares if Amateurs have different equipment. He still practices with persimmon driver that he hits 275
solid numbers from the g430 max 10k. obviously every single swing was this good they had a very very slightly used one for $399 so i bought it
sorry i only took one picture. had a few solid topped drives that went about 60 yards though so you can use your imagination
Here’s what I have left. Hoping to get my order in for more this week and they’ll be in by months end.
$35 for the hat. I’m trying to work on getting some shirts and quarter zip pullovers done. Just haven’t been able to pin down the right fit for me with quality/look/price that I need right now. Also had a lot going on in life with work, selling our house, building new house, etc to really dive deep and pin something down.
If they want more viewership, give me more mic’d up caddie/player conversations and less commercials.
Forcing morikawa to answer to Dan Rapaport after he blew a tournament definitely won’t make me watch more
I think we should get rid of all press besides the the in-game commentators, on course commentators, and journalists that write actual articles
And you can tell that the players and coaches in other sports hate the PCs too. Probably because they're asked dumbass questions all the time.
it feels like (because maybe it is?) the point in the post game press conference is to try to catch players saying something emotional that they can beat them over the head with. The whole thing feels like a big gotcha that it’s hard to have any sympathy for them
The “good” quotes/sound bites athletes give at press conferences get posted on Twitter by writers and go completely ignored by TV and sports radio, but if you say the wrong thing you become the lead story on those things for a day or more. Athletes have no incentive to try in that space unless they are feeling particularly generous that day
Can’t wait for them to become mandatory and someone who just lost a 3 shot lead answers all questions with “every player played hard”
