Shirkey should spend less time in the company of people actively trying to murder the governor and more time trying to help fix this mess IMO
So, as it turns out, many aren't even hunting. Too many of them got COVID at their post-election super spreader party to hold session. The timing was just convinient with the opening of gun season. Also... https://www.michiganadvance.com/202...tending-meetings-while-awaiting-test-results/
“We weren’t going to do anything. But if we were going to act responsibly, we would have done exactly what she did. But if you want to kidnap her, that’d be cool.” - Michigan Republicans
My parents are high risk, so my wife and I are staying in this year. We ordered the Thanksgiving Dinner from Three Cats in Clawson. I’m quite excited.
Just chilling at home with the wife and kids this year and couldn’t be happier about it. Wife been battling breast cancer all year and Covid on top just makes it more special being together.
Anyone expect an announcement to extend the current pause today or tomorrow? I’m imagining it getting moved through new years.
Someone I know within the Oakland County health system is anticipating the lockdown will be extended in three week increments for the next few months.
Friday our schools pushed returning out to after MLK weekend. I think the current pause will be extended. It won't matter, half the people in the state are doing whatever they want.
Yes, it will probably get extended. how many outbreaks are happening at restaurants though? They should allow them to open back up, but just ban alcohol sales after 10pm or something. That basically eliminates the large gatherings at clubs/bars, which was probably the reason for the ban to begin with.
I know for a fact that in Oakland County there was an absurdly high number of cases where a person with Covid ate at a restaurant within a week or so of testing positive. Doesn’t mean it happened at the restaurant, but it was like every 7 out of 10 cases. That’s the biggest thing. They can’t definitively say eating at a restaurant spreads Covid, but they cannot disprove it either.
I had pizza from Alibi for the first time since Covid began and boy was it a treat. Place was mad busy too.
The one out in like Troy or is that Rochester? By Nino Salvaggio? That crust is so damn good. One of my favorites. Top 5 in Michigan pie.
Saw this on the news last night. Not only are they opening up, but almost all of the staff are not wearing masks?
Lol, the Lions verified account is tweeting out a partnership with an online betting service. Imagine that 10 years ago.
We have 3 with number 4 about to open. The online ordering is fantastic. Med cards are incredibly easy, we have a couple places with open hours to pop in and get one, rec works so I’ve not bothered but if you’re buying a lot it’d be worth it.
Prices with a med card would compare favorably with what you'd see in WA, OR, CO, etc. Just super impressive especially compared to the horrible prices in IL Not sure I've seen large scale sale prices like the ones Skymint offers
Haven't moved yet and am kinda hesitant to specify. But will be up in a more rural area in the next week
Getting take out from Oscar's in Dublin, OH. Ordered sauteed walleye with crab sauce, which is one of their specialties.
excellent cardio, less risk of injury to my knees and you can bring the dog along and just kinda be off on your own (at least in Wyoming that was the case). I prefer it to downhill
