There are people that aren't in touch with what's "popular". They are annoying when they constantly do the who's that but can easily see how someone doesn't know who she is. More offended by the people who like her with short hair more.

I'm pretty well versed on a shit load of stuff but the music I don't listen to and movies I don't watch are a big blind spot. I don't consume many mediums that include people like Halsey. It's very easy to not be familiar with some pop artist who has like 2 or 3 hit songs in the last 3 years or some shit.
