Look if 20-something Pugh was dating 30-something JD, fine. Dating nearly-50 slightly melted candle looking Zach Braff is icky.
It’s always really cool when these shows do the flashback scenes of the blip from people who disappeared’s perspective. Today’s episode was no exception.
hmmm...still think we're not getting the whole story on Yelena's intentions, but that was great nonetheless.
Yelena was being written into the story before the BW ending scene anyways, but that scene helps things going into this series a bit.
Agreed. She's here to kill him, but I don't think she planned to do it right away or after meeting Kate she's investigating things more before completing the mission.
the scene where the mom turned her bf in to the police and he was very nonchalant about the whole thing was super weird. obviously neither character was being honest there, but the whole vibe was just off.
also, we got a bit of a rushed conclusion to the Echo subplot, though I think we got an idea of what her series will be. Figuring out who the informant was and wanted her dad killed..she might fuck some shit up in her show and im excited. The way she was looking at Kazi... Now we can wrap up the 'Ronin' stuff and see where this lands and where season 2 might go.
7 year old is officially a Lucky super fan. “So dad, who do you think would win, Lucky or a million tanks? Wait, before the fight, Lucky eats a piece of pizza. If he eats pizza first I don’t think the tanks have a chance.”
Thought that was a weird Yelena episode in terms of the BW continuity. She goes through all that in BW and comes out the other side... as a contract killer? I love the character and liked the episode. Just seems like that's an odd choice. I know the end scene in BW kind of foreshadowed she'd go after Clint, but not like that.
She was on a good path, releasing all the widows, then the blip set her back. She’s only good at one thing so she’s getting paid for it.
Theyll probably just strip the good parts out and scrap the rest. Hopefully that includes Charlie Cox and Elektra.
