Looking for something new to get in too. Really enjoy stuff like People Under the Stairs and Tribe Called Quest. Any suggestions?

Dave and J Hus are the top two imo. Dave is the most lyrical, but J Hus has the best vibes. Slowthai is also pretty good though I find him a bit hit or miss.
The beat switch on holy calamafuck is fucking disgusting. In my head killer mike levitates several feet in the air and does kung fu while he raps. God mode.
where does rtj4 fit into the rankings for everyone? need to let it marinate but right now: rtj2 rtj1 rtj4 rtj3
When you guys marinate on RTJ4 get ready to move it up. Lyrically, Thematically, this is Rap music at its height. Sonically, it’s the perfect compliment.
Words For The Firing Squad is extremely intense. Maybe their most raw emotional song they’ve made which is a tall order
i need to sit with it longer, but I tend to like the RTJ albums in order of recency. They're growing chemistry and El-P's production is increasingly funky/rhythmic which fits Mike so well. But yeah RTJ4 sounds absolutely phenomenal
Pulling the Pin might be my favorite. Definitely their best album IMO. Agree with C-Pay on the production...that stuck out the most to me.
Might as well throw Killer Mike’s R.A.P Music album in the mix. That’s the beginning of the relationship
As of now 2, 4, 1, 3 but I feel really confident that 4 is just going to keep getting better and better with each listen and be number 1
