hmmm i got... '75: return of the beast ravipops: the substance we live: the black samurai year of the beast
http://videos.onsmash.com/v/hSaXRLtPJCERPLm7 The video. This shit is nowhere near their lane imo. Didn't think they'd cave for the first single, but once again label heads play the puppeteers.
I just got all of the stuff by Common Market. Shit's good. Any other artists I should get that are similar to them?
"no one on the corner got swagger like you cause no one on the fuckin corner is 42" Daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaamn
Ok so I listened to Classified "Hitch Hikin Music" and really liked it. Someone give me some other cds from him that I need.
Album called 'self explanatory' Classified; Choclair; Maestro Fresh Wes; Moka Only - Quit While You're Ahead
Really digging the live band feel, maybe even more than the group's work as Panacea. Downloaded their first album too but I like this one better...my favorite tracks are "And Another One" "Winning Losses" and "There U R." So chill
This thread is shit without the greatest rap group of all time. Notorious B.I.G. ft. Bone Thugs N Harmony - Notorious Thugz
Lead single for the new album from The Roots. Love them getting back to that jazzy sound that they came up with. http://www.zshare.net/audio/629337708a9c51ab/
You got a re-up on this? It's been taken down everywhere. Looking forward to them (hopefully) blowing me away with their new album. Game Theory is easily my favorite album of the last five years, maybe the decade, but Rising Down was disappointing overall.
Rising Down was solid but a disappointment compared to Game Theory (which almost eveyr other album this decade is). The Roots haven't released a weak album, and I expect this one to be solid at worst.
Man, I just randomly came across him and gave his shit a listen. He has some great stuff. That album is from 2007. 2 years without hearin that! Ckl22, those unknown prophets tracks are phat.
Hit the road for a bit. Just getting around to checking my emails and shit for new stuff. My sig is the first thing I listened to. Cats named CYNE out of Gainseville. Just dropped an album called "Water For Mars". Cyne - Pretty Apollo (2009)
not a new song but Adrian Champion of Supreeme (decent group if you check them) did a blend of Icky Thump by the White Stripes and Simon Says by Monch. I like it The White Stripes ft. Pharoahe Monch - Icky Says
off the album Braille did with S1 of Strange Fruit Project earlier this year. Braille> Braille's "Skepticold" (OFFICIAL)
