Not really disappointed with anything there. It's all reasonable. Glad White is there and Duvall isn't. Makes sense to have Elder and AJSS there and leave off Holmes and Schwelly if they aren't going to be able to go at all or at most a few innings in game 3.

Someone tell me why Charlie Morton is on the roster? The series will be over on Thursday. Are we seriously considering throwing him in short rest?

Its going to be Elder. Our manager is Brian Snitker. He’s going with the veteran 10/10 regardless. Cant say I really disagree given the situation.

That said, theres an argument to be made for AJSS. Elder is almost guaranteed to give up 4+ and we have 11 wins all year in those games. Maybe AJSS just comes out with ice and his veins and holds them under three.

 

Its for sure Max game 2 and Reynaldo game three.
