Every single year we watch the entire league make FA signings and trades early in the offseason, and we sit on our hands until the 11th hour. Ramirez would be legit, tho. I still want Puig, move Ronnie over to LF. Is Pache penciled in as our starting CF?
If it's not Chapman, Suarez makes a lot of sense. No idea if he's still considered a "big name", but Kyle Seager fits their model of short contracts as well. He's $18M this year, and has a $15M club option for 2022 that turns into a player option if he's traded.
they could be nervous about his hip problems the last former oakland third baseman with injury concerns worked out well tho
Bryant too, for sure. I think you could get him for basically nothing if ATL would take all the money for this season ($19.5M).
I wonder if his agent floated the Braves interest just to get Philly to come up to what they were asking.
Im obviously talking about one of the best centerfielders to ever play the game getting snubbed because he didn’t play deep into his 30s
Yeah, I’m happy about that. It seems the BWAA is struggling with steroids, off the field incidents and Schilling being a total piece of shit. Meanwhile, Andruw is a saint who just so happened to burn out a little early. Put the man in the Hall!
Lol Can’t drop in and see what’s going on without seeing you randomly mentioning me which begs the question: how often are you thinking about me?
Remember last season when the Braves desperately needed an SP at the trade deadline? This off-season is reminding me of that. Lucky for us, AA can shop on any aisle, right?
