No clue right off, was part of appliance package at new build. I'll see if I can figure out the model...stand by.
Arkadin dishwasher I bought back in Nov. I've been happy with it so far http://www.bestbuy.com/site/samsung...black-stainless-steel/5326300.p?skuId=5326300
Do you not have a neighborhood board that deals with the management company? but yea I'd say someone should light a fire under them. Or ask them for the contact info for the lawn service company. It's a much better investment of your time than spreading seed randomly IMO
theres a "drying" button that you can push so it dries. Wife will also open it for about 10 min after its done, but no complaints
If you have a Sears Outlet by you they have a ton of really good deals on "scratch and dent" new dishwashers, you can find stuff that has like a nick on the side you wouldn't ever see after it's installed. Wife and I just got a frigidaire one from there for 52% off the original price.
I'd recommend the one we have, its super quiet and has a lot of features. Didn't think I'd care about the heated drying but I love it.

The best posts always deal with reliving a poster's worst moments they willingly brought to the board Truman
under contract again... a 3/2 ranch in the neighborhood we wanted. no carpet in the house at all! some money shots within spoiler Spoiler
I couldn't find one for shit. I just wound up buying a high end router and paying for better internet. Don't use the combo modem/router ones. Every tech I talked to said those suck compared to a separate modem and router.
Context for this story: probably 6 or 7 houses down from me, there's this French family. Their dog is ALWAYS fucking getting loose and running around down to our house and their kids are constantly out and playing unsupervised. Both kids and dog dodge in and out of neighborhood traffic seemingly daily. Wife and I were recently doing some yard work, with our kids kind of playing in the driveway and helping pick up leaves. I had the dog on a leash wrapped around the mailbox. All of a sudden I look up and their dog is running, loose as always, toward us. My dog has anxiety so he barks incessantly when he sees a dog but rolls over when near another dog. So this stupid ass dog comes up and starts sniffing mine, and mine sniffs back, then rolls over. I could sort of sense where this was going, and all of a sudden, the other dog gets real aggressive and starts snapping at mine. I'm holding this shit dog by its scruff with one hand and holding mine back with the other. The owner comes up, with little urgency, and grabs her dog and just starts to walk off. I couldn't bite my tongue any longer and blurted out, "Can you PLEASE be careful about not letting your dog out?" She mumbled something and I said, "My kids are running around out here, so please be more careful." She stopped in her tracks and shot me a look and said "Kids???" I repeated what I said, and told her I didn't like her dog being aggressive. She mouthed something under her breath and walked off. My wife thinks she thought I said HER kids were running around. In any event, she's given me a dirty look every time I've driven by since. How do people have such little awareness of what's going on?
Shitty neighbors are the worst. My next door neighbor has 10+ outdoor cats that always shit on my property, fight other cats and mess with my chickens. Tried to talk with her about it but she does the walking away mumbling thing was well. Is there any type of city ordinance that says your dog has to be on a leash while in public? Most cities have laws like that. If so, call the code office and tell them your ongoing issues and ask for their advice.
You mean vaguely complain on Nextdoor. "Please if you have a dog, try and keep it on a leash. Some people just dont get it..."
Or take the passive aggressive approach... "I don't mind your pets defecating on my lawn but keep in mind the oleander is poisonous"
Problem is where do you go? If the market has increased that much then the rest of the real estate with be just as much.
I was more thinking of vaugely saying "if you live six houses down from me and are shitty people with a shitty dog, please keep it inside or on a leash." But be vague by not naming anyone specifically.
Be careful. My buddy got charged with a felony for shooting a cat standing on his car with a 22. He had warned the owner to keep it inside but they tried to get him for animal cruelty so just be careful
