The Haskins call has me speechless

 

I’m happy to give Bronco one more season. But we’re kind of out of excuses next year. The defense the past two years has been unacceptable. We can’t really afford to have hair triggers on firing people, but patience is wearing thin on the defensive side.

I really did not expect this game to be a referendum on Bronco’s tenure but he sure turned it into one

 

id like to see staff shuffling, and bring back that oppressive leadership he used when he first got here.

 

I was at the game, in 116 in the end zone. Not gunna lie, never got crowded and aside from the Hill/student section attendance was weak. Say what you want but the enthusiasm is not there

 

We’re not going to get a decision this year, but we’re approaching the point where UVA decides whether we’re okay going between 4-8 and 8-4 forever with 35,000 in the stands, or if we want to be something else. Pretty obvious the choice has been made.

 

That and Armstrong’s first play back from injury had him lining up as WR for a gadget play. That one worked until the fumble but was so stupid.

 

Maybe the only thing that could have made me laugh in the moment. Just pure self parody.

 

I was SHOCKED that in the most favored I’ve felt UVA in 17 years that there was like no one there.

 

what’s the point of going to the games? the team has had three decent seasons this century. all good feelings from 18/19 are gone.

 

We got the result we expected. Any decision not to go was a good one. If fans showed up and cheered loud, would our defense have made tackles?
