That really was. This show really is an excellent series. Entertainment from the hot sauces is great but the disarming nature of it really makes for some consistently interesting interviews. Somewhat related, reading that reddit AMA led me to Sean's first ever video interview which is what got Complex to offer him a job and thus created the path to Hot Ones.
Haven't watched it yet but that's really exciting they got Ethan and Hila. It was just last week in Sean's Reddit AMA that he said they were going to try and were just working on scheduling. I guess something opened up.
I had never heard of them before the video but then I went and watched some of their stuff on youtube and I was dying
Got some hot ones hot sauce. It's not very hot but it is delicious. love the show, and love the sauce.
I'd say yes. It is definitely a small bottle. But it is really damn good. So far only tried it on a couple grilled chicken breasts and eggs. Was amazing on the eggs. The spice I put on the chicken mellowed it a bit. It's worth a one time buy imo.
I hated him before that episode and still do because he's a huge douche, but God damn, I respect him.
You can tell the people that grew up poor and sort of still have that in them because they clean the wings even if they're hot as fuck.
My Hot Ones hot sauce came in yesterday. It had a little note in there that said I should try it on a Big Mac, so I went and got one. Sauce is good af but the Big Mac pairing was not. Can't wait to try it on other things.
I've bought several bottles and am preparing to buy another. The sauce is legitimately great on any form of chicken but I don't imagine it's great on beef.
Ok, so we're going to the beach with a couple of my friends and their fams in a couple weeks and we're doing a Hot Ones of our own. This is the lineup we're going with: Sriracha Tobasco El Yucateco Pain is Good Hot Ones Rogue Da Bomb Maddog 357 Blair's Mega Death w/ Liquid Rage
He was, and he knows it. I thought he tried to make it very well known that he was intelligent. It came across as very pretentious to me.
Lifehack: Put items (has to be over $25 so 3 bottles if you are ordering Hot Ones) in your cart, start to check out and then leave website. They will email you a free shipping code later that day. I was checking out as a guest, not sure if that matters. It's worked twice. Also had some kind of hamburger/vegetable soup leftover from a fundraiser yesterday. Today at lunch I doused it with some Hot Ones sauce
It's impossible not to love that guy. Love the mic drop at the end Spoiler "btw, for the record, no water no milk".
There was an episode of PMT a month or so back where Big Cat nailed it. Super Bowl week he said they saw numerous "big name" stars and athletes turned down at parties and Guy got in everywhere. The dude knows his role and kills it
Haven't watched yet, but someone please reassure me I won't be sad about Guy not dropping a "holy moly" in this video
Pain is Good and Hot Ones were legit good hot sauces.Da Bomb, 357, and Mega Death were all extremely spicy. Of those three, 357 was actually pretty decent, if it wasn't so damn hot. Not sure why anyone would ever buy Da Bomb. Overwhelming smoky flavor and just unpleasant. Blair's was definitely the spiciest. The way we did it was we each bought a basket of wings at Publix and tossed three wings around in each sauce. While spicy as shit, it wasn't unbearable and was only bad for about 10mins after, although I could taste the spice in everything else I ate that day. I didn't drink anything until after Da Bomb.
357 does taste good but god the heat. I also recently had the scorpion rum sauce from buffalo wild wings which is supposed to be around 400k scovilles. same as the 357, great taste but over the top heat makes it impossible to eat more than 1-2 without dying. try blairs ultra-death sauce next time for an extra challenge.
