He was off from the start
I honestly don’t know why Castro is still on this roster.
And he and Meyers should’ve been bunting there it seems, two terrible ABs. Yuli should’ve gone home on the Diaz single, best chance to score apparently
not out of the woods yet
Never a doubt
they did it
Should be 2 in a row
can they do it again
This ump sucks
He’s pissing Aaron Boone off so he can’t be too bad?
Should have been a strikeout
Let’s distract from this and talk about our wonderful rural fanbase.
Or let’s not
There’s literally no outs and no reason to send the runner. Jesus Christ Diaz and pettis
Hell ya great game
I’m really happy pressly was able to finish that. He needed it after Thursday.
That was awesome.
Two since 1958 and both by the stros.
And the altuve homer. Chefs kiss.
I really wonder what Gerrit cole is thinking right now lol.
I mean the Yankees are doing p good
True. But he was damn near perfect and still lost.
Astros own the cheating yanks
I think the Astros may have been able to sweep this series or at least win 3 of 4 if Dusty weren’t the manager
Like, if Brantley was leaving the game as DH due to shoulder discomfort and yordan was available today (since he PH later), why not have him pinch hit then and stay in as DH instead of JJ?!?
And I’m sure he’s going to say he was saving Stanek for the 9th now and that Pressly wasn’t available, but wish they would’ve gone with Stanek or Montero, or Abreu in the 8th rather than Maton; Maton wasn’t sharp the other night
Solid article here ICYMI
This is the best the NL has? Woof
It’s not like we should be impressed with the best the al had over the weekend either…
I’m not sure how I feel about this one… haha
Ya not the best but we are having a good time
I wouldn’t expect the vitriol from Mets fans like what we get from the Yankees but are they booing? I’m at a bar and can’t hear it.
They were. Even when it was Diaz coming up for Altuve.
Enoli going back down
Kyle tucker batting seventh is going to drive me nuts. Meyers at nine isn’t helping either.
Great timing for Jason Castro's first HR and first multi-hit game of the season (and RBIs 2 and 3 on the season)
Random question for you guys, but where do y'all usually go to buy tickets for Astros games? MLB/Astros official site? StubHub? Any good tips out there?
Asking for a friend (seriously), usually when i go I use my company's tickets so it has been a while since trying to buy individual tickets...
I just use the ap. Buy the cheapest tickets possible then move down either by the third or first base line. Usually like seven rows back. It’s awesome.
if you’re looking for something more secure as far as confirmed seating Tex and I are a part of a Facebook that is constantly, and annoyingly sometimes, selling tickets on Facebook.
