While I agree about Pereira he was fucking right. The eagle defense even thought it was a pass. They stayed on the field. It was a bad non overturn. Fuck Kirk though, he cost them the game. The int going in inside the 10 was atrocious.

Great call Gunners.. The defense overall is actually pretty good, and young. Preston Smith is a flat out stud and only 24. Brandon Scherff coming out of college was evaluated as being an excellent run blocker but needs improvement in pass protection. So this is actually no surprise because he's been actually good run blocking but WORSE at pass protecting. The offense runs directing behind his blocks often. One thing that baffles the shit out of me is Ryan Grant shows potential when they actually put him on the field, but for whatever reason Gruden never plays him.. This team is has offensive weapons but the playcalling is bizarre and inconsistent. I'll watch every game hoping for the best but with all the cap room I'll just look for improvement from the young guys and wait for the draft and offseason.
Holding off on annointing Smith but real strong game vs one of the league's best tackles. Funny that it's the guy on the verge of the biggest contract in nfl history is the main thing holding us back through 2 weeks, he's consistent and we win last week and destroy the Rams today. Good last drive but he's been mediocre through 2 games.
Again, on the money Gunners. Cousins has been average at best. As far as Smith I just love his approach, he is getting better and I should have said I love his potential going forward than annointing him in the present. I really like what I see from the defense in general. Better than I expected through 2 weeks. Cousins can blow me. When he leaves to go play for an abysmal 49er team I hope he gets sacked 20 times a game.
Seriously guys, has anyone in recent memory overvalued their performance level. and status among elite QB's as much as Cousins? He's not even close to elite, and is a middle of the pack QB who wants to be the highest paid QB in the NFL. Get the fuck out of here with that shit Kirk, you aren't that good.
He's already made $40 mil + and will get paid, business wise he's been brilliant. Our terrible defense the last couple years has flattered his stats, see what he really is if we have a solid defense this year and he doesn't throw 50 times a game.

Lol, calm down. 2 tough ass games coming up should show us what this team is. Today would have been a fantastic performance if not for some misthrows and the Thompson drop. Was shocked by how few penalties we had, Jerome Boger always calls 10+ on us and only had 3-4 today.
